Este hotel nos salvo la vida ya que pasábamos por Campeche y ya no había lugares para hose darse y gracias a Expedia lo encontramos y regresamos por 2 noches más, aun Qué ya había hospedaje en Campeche. Super atención, las habitaciones impecables de limpias, linda alberca y excelente recibimiento por parte del personal y el gerente. Lo recomiendo al 100%si eres una persona sencilla y que gustas del trato amable y sencillo y la comodidad.

The gentlenan working the reception the evening we arrived was the worst checkin experience that i gave ever had. There was also no wifi.

Property is nothing like the pictures. It is all but abandoned. Sheets hanging (drying) in the public areas. No signs of life other than the clerk who barely made it to the door.

There was no guests in the hotel. This hotel looked like a ghost hotel because it looked abandoned. Because of my families safety, we did not enter the hotel. This hotel does not look like what is portrayed in the page.

No amenities in the area of the hotel and town, arrived at 7pm ,,no food in town all closed,, hotel no food. room had jaccuzzi but no hot water turned on, soooo wait aprox 1 hr. for warmish water...temp set way to low for such a large tub...making zaccuzzi near useless. Hotel informed ..people operating very nice.
