Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

Loved the place. Beach was very accessible. Food options were great. Walking distance to downtown area. Short ride to marina for activities. Would recommend. Older property. The hotel takes a good effort to keep the property very clean.staff was professional and cordial

Limited options for food within resort. Some staff who are regularly dealing with English tourists do not know basic English. The best part is the pool and beach. Rooms are outdated and need to be upgraded.

Great location! Excellent service! I have a room at the hard rock and decided it sucks so i cam here and had the best time ever!

We just loved our stay! We are a family of 4 (11y/o son and 7y/o daughter). We brought my mother-in-law and all just had an amazing time! Everything about this place is what an all-inclusive should look like. This is our first family trip to Mexico, but WILL NOT be our last and we are definitely planning to come back to Cabo and when we do, we are absolutely staying at this wonderful resort!!

We loved our stay here! The staff were wonderful and all the daily activities were so fun! Wait time for food was to be expected for a resort but it was delicious and they were so accommodating and knowledgeable about our allergies. It was very nice to be able to walk to the Blanco to have other restaurant options. The beach and pool chairs were great and although it got a little busy, it wasn’t ever too crazy. Pretty quiet and peaceful overall! The rooms were gorgeous, beds were comfortable, and we loved every minute of our stay!

Our room was a little run down, other than that all else was GREAT! Luis at buffet restaurant and the cook are FANTASTIC!!! We love the location; the beach and grounds are beautiful!!!

Enjoyed this resort. Location was perfect! The staff were excellent and personable. We enjoyed the food options but the resort could provide information about options, specialities, locations and cost in more ways than just presenting a QR code with minimal information. They should show case their culinary options.

Stayed at other all inclusive resort, quality of service, amenities, such as restaurants, food available only one pool, etc. or a definite letdown. This was definitely not a good value. I’ve been coming to Cabo for 20 years and this is the only resort I would ever and have ever given a bad review. I just wanna warn other people. This is definitely not a good value for the money. The staff is not friendly. There is only one pool no swim up bar no pool over the ocean and at times the restaurant is so busy. You have to wait to get in the other restaurants that require reservations. They charge you a fee to eat at so you may as well just eat in town. We definitely will never stay here again.

The don’t pick up the food fast in the hallways. They leave it out for a long time.

Some staff were rude when calling on the phone. Besides them all the staff was Wonderfull.

I loved the staff from the maintenence to the taxi and shuttle bus drivers. Everyone is so nice. Food os great. The only think i dislike is not having trash cans in the room and having to call everytime we had trash or dirty pkates. Besides that it was great

Unless you are 18years old, do not go to this property. It was full of spring breakers partying into the morning hours. My issue was screaming pounding on doors every night and not being able to sleep. When I approached the management staff they just looked at me and smiled. I checked out early and moved to one of the resorts near by. Best decision I made. The Bonita resort did nothing to try to accommodate our group. They did not even credit me for the days I left. The Resort needs a major makeover. The pool is falling apart. Pool tiles all over the place as they are coming apart. The kitchenette and bathroom in the resort felt like I was back in the 80’s. Again, if you are not planning to party through the night, and not sleep, stay away from this resort.

Excellent customer service . Everyone greeted with a smile and great attitude. Always very kind and helpful . The food was very good . We had a wonderful vacation !

I specifically searched for family friendly resorts. This was family friendly until 1000 college age kids showed up half way through our stay. They were smoking cigarettes wherever, cursing loudly and falling onto my 14 year old daughter. There were many teaching moments for our kids. Breakfast is impressive. The drinks are good. The rest of the food was average. The Italian restaurant was the best we had. The vendors on the beach are intense and do ruin the zen. They also try to sell you drugs. The resort itself is not new, but nice. The view from our room was great!

This was a good property all in all. I swore up and down once I got back from this vacation, I would leave a review concerning all of the uncertainties I had before getting to the resort (information provided on other reviews was very misleading/confusing, so I wanted to prevent some confusion!). Here is some information to clear up any confusion for future customers! - The beach IS swimmable. It was a beautiful beach, water was mostly calm, very happy to hang out in the water most of the time we were there! - Your all inclusive package gets you into 3 resorts all together; the one directly next door, and Sunset which is about 15 minutes away, in which there is a free shuttle that goes back and fourth every hour. - The Kid Zone is NOT at Rose. This was very confusing based on other reviews. It is at Sunset. There was really no kid areas specifically at Rose. My 10 and 12 year old still had a great time. - If you decide to eat at the Italian Restaurant, it is a $20 cover charge per person. The food was excellent! - Transportation back and fourth to the airport is available for a cost. - The most frustrating part of our trip was the vendors at the beach. They are vicious, constantly asking you to buy stuff from them. I know this is their livelihood, however, it was downright tiring. You couldn't even lay in a lounge chair without them yelling at you, trying to get your attention. To make matters worse, the vendors were sending their KIDS past the boundary to sell items!

This resort is very old and dirty. Food was disgusting. I got food poisoning so bad. Then my travel mate did as well. Most of the food we tried was not cooked properly. Chicken especially!! Worst holiday ever!! If it’s not a 5 star, don’t bother.

The place was amazing with matching superb service along with premium food and drinks. Will definitely highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed. Special appreciation to Erica

The property is located very close to downtown and the beach which is awesome. Rose main areas are well taken care of, but the areas walking to the rooms and in the rooms need updating. The food is okay. I think the buffet needs fresher food and more variety. It's expensive and marginal. We paid for the all-inclusive. We drank alcohol and the all-inclusive covers the bar tab and the food is free. Well not really but we heard from a non-all-inclusive person we were chatting with that drinks were $15 each so we covered our drinks in the all-inclusive. The Steakhouse at Sunset is a nice atmosphere and a okay view. It is part of the Golf course clubhouse. The floor had us leaning towards the ocean, it was very uncomfortable and sitting inside the view is a roof top and the ocean in the distance $45 each is not worth it. Go to a Steakhouse any Steakhouse. The service was excellent. Fellinins was amazing.. great service, great view, plus up $26 was worth it compared to the buffet cost. One last observation, we had intentions of joining Pueblo Bonito rental program until they basically kicked us out of the presentation sales we were in and after the third salesperson we insisted they book our next two years of vacation. It turns out they can't because they have the program all booked out and it's probably impossible to do. We talked to a past sales representee we met, and he said it was because they over sell the program. "Potential buyer beware"
