Hotel is in lovely old mansion beautifully restored. On a quiet street but within a couple blocks of several outstanding restaurants. Staff is one of a kind and felt like family by the end of our stay. Spotless and safe.

Excellent stay. The staff are exceptional and their professionalism shines through. Gabriella and Mariana went above and beyond in making our stay a memorable one. Yarik (pardon the potential misspelling) made excellent cocktails and exemplified what good, engaging service looks like. We can't wait to be back!

This is was an odd hotel. The photos look charming and lovely but it didn’t feel that way when I arrived. Room was nice and clean but my room only had a window to the courtyard and my every move could be watched unless my curtains were drawn. Breakfast on the roof was basic. I could not wait to check out of the hotel.

Great small and well located hotel. However no desk in the room which we needed. Breakfast and service was terrific, albeit we had to eat outside in winter. A blanket would have been nice. House cleaning touched our belongings, which as extremely regular travellers, we have never experienced in 30 years. We asked them not to and they fulfilled our wishes.

The overall property was great. The staff was kind and very helpful. The rooms was a little but worn. The bed was too stiff. Pillows were too soft. The AC unit’s light above the bed was too bright.

Beautiful property! Very quiet property and a doorman always there to see you in and out of building. In house breakfast (maybe dinner too?) not lively & limited options. Not a bad thing, just depends on what you’re looking for. Felt very safe entire time. You don’t see staff very often but they communicate via WhatsApp and are very helpful and professional. The person who cleaned our room did an excellent job and organized everything very neatly. Great location near trendy restaurants (average 6-10 min walk).

The staff were great! We felt welcomed and well cared for. The facilities were very clean, and the breakfast on the roof was really good. The neighborhood is very safe and it is super convenient to walk to many great places for food, shopping, sightseeing. Getting an Uber is fast and very affordable. I recommend getting a SIM card, they are super cheap, if your phone doesn't work.

First time visiting CDMX and we were so glad we decided to stay at Roso Guest House. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. After exploring the city we would come back to a clean room and fresh towels every day. The hotel itself is well maintained and so cute! Also located in a great neighborhood close to a variety of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit :)
