We love this resort This is our 10 vacation uses this hotel Staff are friendly and the beach is so beautiful! food was good as well .clean rooms .nice staff we had very good time at the resorts .special thanks to concierge Keyla. She was very friendly and helpful. Best place ever .we will be back soon.!

Great food!!! Lobby and hallways are warm but the pools are amazing. The beach here is also seaweed free during seaweed season.

We had a lovely time at this resort! We went mid week at the end of April and never had any issues with lines or waiting for tables or anything. That being said it would be lovely if they had room service which i dont believe they did. I cant wait to come back!

Great hotel, lots of day use on Sunday which made the hotel very busy and service very bad. Restaurant service is horrible compared to the other times I went there. Amazing beach!

We were only there for a full day, but it was beautiful. The staff were very friendly, and our bed was comfortable.

The property was very good right on the beach with over 10 restaurants, felt safe, very clean and the hotel have amazing service staff all very helpful and with a big smile on their faces,which I believe is one of the most important things.

Good not the greatest .

The food at the buffet and reservation system is terrible. We went to Miramar and it was excellent, but stayed four days and that was the only good meal we could get. The all inclusive food was hard to learn and buffet has controlling hours and not great food. The outdoor snacks had a long line and were not edible. I ended up ordering Costco with ubereats so we would have food in the room. Go to the front desk and get reservations the night before for every single meal, the system doesn’t even confirm it right away - they’re basically hoping you won’t put the effort in and will eat at the limited buffet times. Go out early to get chairs by the beach in the shade. If you don’t use the reservation system and actually get meal times approved, you might as well stay at the hotel next door for half the price as they share pools and owned by the same company. We liked the resort and had a wonderful time going to the pirate ship show (the one you pay for as an excursion). This location doesn’t seem to have as many outside tourists as the more popular areas of Cancun, more locals. The hammocks were a huge hit with the kids and they enjoyed getting ice cream at the coffee shop when it was open.

I was a bit apprehensive to stay here because of all the negative reviews, but we stayed at the Sens and it was better than expected. The room was an average hotel room. The staff were great! There were enough restaurants to try out. The food was average, the buffet was on par with what you would expect from a buffet. The White Box Gastrobar was our favourite spot to eat. The Downsides were that there was no room service and the beach chairs get filled up by 8:30 AM. Overall, it was a great experience for my family (wife and 2 daughters aged 6, 9). I would definitely consider coming back here again, especially for the price point.

Excellent food, good service

My family and I came here for Spring Break, stayed 5 days. Keeping in mind it was going to be busy and it was. I have stayed at many other resorts in Cancun and this was not a very good one compared to the other ones. Pros- The food was good and the kitchen staff was very attentive and helpful, buffet had lots of different options. Kids had fun at the kid’s pool area and watching the shows (wish they weren’t so late at night) It was fun to watch all of the boats come in an out while swinging in the hammocks. Cons- The resort was dirty, I Noticed they didn’t have many trash cans and there was trash everywhere. People would leave trash in plants by the pool, in front of their room doors that would sit all day. They seemed short staffed every Bar only had one Bartender with long lines and no one to clean the tables or bar area for new people. Getting a chair on the beach was nearly impossible as they don’t have very many. There were people on the beach selling things, we would say no Thank you and had two different guys responded inappropriately back to us. Biggest complaint is they had construction going all day everyday while we were there very noisy. We didn’t get to check out the Spa or a couple of the restaurants due to needing reservations not working out. This place is good if you want to go on the cheaper side you do get what you pay for. But if you want to relax and enjoy the beach and peace and quiet this is not the place for you.

Very nice experience

The resort was nice and clean. Food was superb! Staff are friendly and helpful. Beach and pool are wonderful. The only thing is they need to update their rooms and bathroom. Overall a great resort.
