Giraffe

From the moment i arrived at Guesthouse Giraffe in Donja Lastva, Tivat, I knew my three-night stay was going to be something special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, seaside getaway with good value, this is a fantastic choice.

Very clean the shared bathroom and the sleeping room. No parking at the property but street parking, it was difficult. The breakfast option for 12 euros p.p. that is written in the room rules was not honored, only a la carte menu.

We stayed at the guesthouse giraffe. The room was small, and the shared bathroom was very small and unfortunately quite dirty all the time. The kitchen was well equipped and accessible for everyone, but people barely used it. What we definitely didn’t like were the beds - the beds itself and the mattresses are old and so soft that it felt like sleeping in a hole. In the end, we removed the mattresses and slept on the bed itself with the cover. Definitely not something you would expect from a 4*-accommodation. We were able to change rooms after one night and it was a little bit better after that.

I highly recommend this property. It is very affordable, clean and close to water. Will definitely go back.

Vi delade badrum med ett annat rum och det var helt okej. Hotellet var snyggt. Det fanns möjlighet till eget kök som delades med andra.

D. Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich aber das wars, gemeinsame Badezimmer Nein Danke , nur 1 kühlschrank für 6 Zimmer es gibt auch kein Strand im der nähe Also ich bin 3 Tage früher gegangen Enttäuscht

Oda güzeldi. Yatakları rahattı ortak mutfakta istediğiniz şeyi yapmakta özgürsünüz. Konumu çok güzel Tivat’tan araçla her yere ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Tek sıkıntı banyoların çok küçük ve sadece sabah temizleniyor olmasıydı…

her şey çok güzeldi. bize her konuda yardımcı oldular ve güler yüzlülerdi. sadece tuvalette değişik bir koku vardı. yatak inanılmaz rahattı hiç kalkmak istemedik. Everything was great. They helped us with everything and were friendly. Only the toilet had a strange smell. The bed was incredibly comfortable

Wir machen gern wider Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Neu gebaut und eine der wenigen Appartements mit Parkplätzen vor dem Haus.

Nous avons passé plusieurs jours dans le logement. Nous avons été très déçu, en effet les chambres sont confortables mais les parties communes ne sont pas nettoyés tous les jours, les autres hôtes des logements sont sans gênes et ont un manque de savoir vivre (pas de rangement de ses propres affaires dans les parties communes, cri et hurlement en plein milieu de la nuit…). De plus il y a un gros manque d’information pour trouver la chambre et l’adresse communiquée n’était pas la bonne. Cependant, le personnel de la réception sont à l’écoute et sont très accueillant. Il est proposé un transfert de l’hôtel vers l’aéroport si besoin. Le logement est aussi bien situé dans un coin calme et agréable de Tivat. Je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander ce logement et le prix est trop cher pour le Montenegro.

It’s in a good location but way overpriced for what it offers. Bathroom is not en-suite which was a surprise. No amenities as such but the people were nice that was the only good thing.

Guest room in building adjacent to hotel Carruba where check-in should be done (no info on this in mail before arrival). The room is nice and location close to city and water very nice. No cleaning during our two day stay. And we had missed that it was a shared bathroom in the hallway. If we had seen that before we wouldn’t have booked the place. All in all okay.
