Breakfast was superb. We have travelled the world and this was the best hotel based breakfast we have had. Close to old town but far enough to be lovely and quiet. Beach chairs on ocean looking across at beautiful old church. We had read reviews about proximity to the road and noise. Yes, our first floor window opened onto the road but the cars go 15 mph and the walls of the hotel are literally 3 foot thick stone and the window is pretty sound proof. Staff are helpful but not intrusive. Onsite parking is small… so rent a small car. The roads are so very narrow so…. Rent a small car. Only mistake is that we did not stay long enough!

Lovely staff made all the difference. We arrived early just to drop off our bags and head back out but they immediately offered us to take breakfast and coffee/tea whilst we await a taxi. Rooms are really nice and modern, comfortable and quiet with a lovely view from the balcony.

Gorgeous little hotel, really lovely spacious rooms with stunning views. The pool area and jetty with sunbeds are gorgeous. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Around 50-60 min walk to the old town, there are no pavements but the road wasn't too busy so it wasn't a problem for us. The breakfast was ok, probably better if you eat meat - buffet style with meats, cheeses, cakes and some hot food, could have done with more fresh fruit and less cake. The only downside was that in October they had turned the aircon to heating only, even though the rooms were 26°C, so it was too hot for sleeping for me, but this probably isn't an issue in the summer.

This is a very beautiful hotel, great stuff, you can have drinks offered by the beach. The room is gorgeous with the sea view. There is a nice restaurant nearby with great food.

Friendly staff with brand new looking hotel. Only complain I have is the breakfast choices. They have an enclosed garage for parking, place is easy to access from Kotor. Good restaurant choices nearby.

The property was promised as a 300 year old chateau, however, when one thinks of a chateau, one doesn’t imagine broken A/C and heating or a tidal wave on windy and rainy off season days. Not only did we have to leave the property as we weren’t comfortable or felt safe, but the manager refused to provide a refund based upon the weather conditions and impact only to this hotel.

This property is beyond phenomenal. Fabulously decorated. New, clean great location with spectacular view. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived too early for check-in so we parked our car underground and left the key with them as requested. We proceeded to do sightseeing and when we returned we were shown to our room where our bags had already been brought up from our car. It is located a bit away from the old town on the other side of the bay which is an 8€ taxi to the old town. I recommend leaving your car and taking the taxi or you can walk which is about 35 minutes. This side has a spectacular view of the mountains and we had a sea view room which was worth it. Hotel has a beautiful private sunbathing dock for tanning and swimming as well as a pool on top. We could see the cruise ships pass right by our room. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful and had everything we need. I rate it 10 out of 10 and highly recommend.

A truly beautiful, boutique hotel. The service we received was incredibly friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants nearby, however it's only a short taxi ride into Kotor old town. We only stayed for 1 night and I wish we'd stayed for longer!
