Possibly the BEST place we have stayed ever. VERY clean and smells like rose flowers and excellent welcoming with complimentary Mint Tea and Moroccan Biscuits. The services was fantastic and the rooms are Amazing.

Upon entering, I was immediately overwhelmed by the pervasive smell of cats, which was compounded by the stench of cat urine. The pictures I had seen were taken a long time ago, as the place looked nothing like that now. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay one night, and it felt reminiscent of Bates Motel. The room was dirty, freezing cold, and there was no hot water. I'm relieved I didn’t pay for an upgrade, as I was given it free as I was so unhappy as I can't imagine how much worse a basic room could have been; our room was truly the worst I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve traveled extensively, including some pretty grim locations we had to sleep in our clothes and coats as it was so cold and we were still cold I’ve requested a refund and I found somewhere else to stay and I’m so thankful I did as I wouldn’t of been able to stay there another night it also has lots of noises all night and when we did get home at 10 ish after being out all day so find somewhere to stay and on a trip out we opened the gate at the garden and someone jumped out on us and when we went in the house the doors didn’t shut and we didn’t feel safe as all all the pictures of the property were taken years ago and the pool certainly doesn’t look like the pictures it feels like a haunted house Don’t stay here please save your money and find some where else it’s also £10 for a taxi to the medina and it says a 20 min walk more like a hour walk as it’s in the middle of no where

Gramtahouse Villa Hotel is very welcoming and service is the best ever. I loved the comfortable & very clean beds. They took care of our every requirements from airport transfers to tours in the city. We are coming back in Christmas, 100% Five Start Villa.

This is the best Holiday we have had at Gramtahouse Villa Hotel. Very close to city center, breakfast is big and the beds are so comfortable. They took care of everything from airport transfers to excursions. FIVE STAR

Best Cooked Breakfast ever, It was fanatics, loved the locations and VERY clean Villa Hotel. The staff are Amazings and they also arranged airport transfers and took care of everything.

Check in was fine, front desk Norman was excellent. But overall place is very old, poorly maintained, no hot water. Very expensive for what we get. Definitely not worth. Please look for alternative.

Gramtahouse Villa Hotel is outstanding & perfect in every way.

Gramtahouse is 5* hospitality at a 2* premises. I cannot fault the hospitality at all. Norman was incredibly helpful and the property manager was always at the other end of the phone to assist if that was required. The property is rather dated and is in need of an internal facelift, heating and better hot water system. A deep clean, some new curtains and new duvets and covers wouldn't go amiss. Keeping the cats out of the villa would make the place feel cleaner and stop the smell of cat urine. Small tweaks could really unleash this property and the team. Thank you so much for having us. :-)
