Ksar Anika Boutique Hotel & Spa

We arrived at this property exhausted as we flew over night from Canada. We were greeted warmly with tea, dates and cookies. The amenities were all well described to us and we were acknowledged by all the staff. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with homemade shampoo, conditioners and body wash. We had fresh fruit in our room as well. The food in the restaurant was amazing so fresh, beautifully prepared and the service was outstanding. We enjoyed dinner music, tea, and a serene environment. Every need was attended to quickly and often before we knew we needed it. We had special service from Jalil who served most of our meals and made us beautiful tea and served it perfectly. Yousef jumped quite literally for anything we needed. It was the best experience in a hotel I have had. I would recommend to anyone visiting the incredible city of Marrakech to stay here and embrace the wonderful people. Thank you for making this experience so special.

Absolute an amazing stay. From the moment you arrive till the second you leave the staff will serve every need you have. Amazing service and food. Sweet hospitality and great advice on things to do. Would 10/10 recommend! We are definitely coming back

Probably one of the best hotels i have stayed at. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff looked after us very well. The hotel itself represents moroccon culture, which was very impressive. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, you get so many different kinds of breads inc traditional morrocan breads. I absolutely lived my stay at Riad Ksar Anika.

I would love to give 10/10 but unfortunately had an issue on the penultimate day of our stay. I notified the receptionist that the cleaner on two occasions not only moved our personal items but hid them from sight. I managed to get two of my items returned as the cleaner seemed able to be able to advise the reception where my items had been hidden in the room eg an item of jewellery was under the telephone receiver and my sandals were behind (not in) the wardrobe, which is bizarre. My husband's aftershave was not found and the cleaner stated that it had been seen in the bin, again bizarre as it was a full bottle. This left me feeling very nervous about my stay and the safety of my belongings. All of this was reported on 9th April but was not taken seriously by the receptionist. In the end, I was happy to leave and was disappointed that this had happened in such a lovely hotel. On a positve note, the dining and waiting staff cannot do enough for you and the Hotel is so beautiful and the rooms and very spacious. The location is also very convenient and approx a 10 minute walk to the main square. Again, I would like to give a 5 star review but unfortunately due to my experiences, I cannot but thank all the staff that were most helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

From the moment that we stepped into this beautiful Riad, we felt like home. The personal service, we received from the abundant breakfast to our dilemma of not being able to find an atm with money, close enough was beyond my expectations. It’s a nice location, set a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to everything. I especially loved opening up my window to the courtyard and hearing beautiful live music by the pool/dining area. I loved Marrakech and especially loved my stay at this hotel. A home away from home!

Beautiful Riad within the old walled city, perfectly located for exploring. Rooms large and very clean with pool in central courtyard keeping everything cool. Moroccan breakfast fantastic and filling. Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them, they even sent us away with a packed lunch for the day of departure and some gifts of the soaps in the room.

Do yourself a favor, and don’t stay at this property. I booked for me and my parents this place, and they were not able to accommodate all of us because only two people can stay in the room. We arrived at 1am to this property, and had to leave to find another hotel with my elderly parents of the age 65 No one at the property was helpful and left us stranded in Morocco in the middle of the night. STAY AWAY! There is much nicer hotels with better service and location.

From 5 riads in which we stayed, this one was the best one in terms of its unique charm. The staff was extremely friendly, the decoration was unique and exquisite. If I come back to Marrakech I will choose this riad for sure.

My family stayed at Ksar Anika for a few nights, booking multiple rooms, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely stunning and just a short walk from the souks, making it the perfect location. We felt so welcomed—everyone was incredibly kind and hospitable. We’ll definitely be back!

The customer service is excellent. The Riad is not extremely luxurious but they try hard to cater to your every need.

Good location in a quiet away near the Bahia Palace. It is a short 5 minute walk to all that Marrakech has to offer. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast all three mornings that we were stayed were bountiful and delicious. In short, STAY THERE!

Absolute world class customer service. The staff are off the scale. The most delightful we’ve encountered anywhere!! Rooms were enormous. Moroccan breakfast was fresh and generous! The negatives? Rooms require more lighting and the rooftop sundeck needs to be freshened up!!

The Riad is in an ideal location for exploring the main sites in the old town. 5 min walk to Bahia Palace, 15 min walk to Cafe De France in main Jemma el-fnaa square and market medina. There is a choice of restaurants within walking distance too. The staff are very friendly and welcoming through-out stay, being greeted with mint tea, dates and almond biscuits on arrival. Along with parting gift during check-out of snacks and argan oil toiletries, which was unexpected. The hotel could improve on small touches though in the rooms. We had a standard double room on the ground floor. This was beautifully decorated with rose petals on bed and in bathroom, along with more snacks - dates, fruit, biscuits. Would be useful to have folder of information on how to use safe, AC, details on times for breakfast, dinner other catering options with prices. The shower cubicle was a bit odd, with only having one screen panel, which did not stop the water spraying everywhere. The Riad could benefit from making more use of the roof terrace during evenings with entertainment, food , drinks etc so that guest have option to stay in if they wish, although an evening dinner is offered in the main pool area, but not promoted widely enough.

The hospitality was 5 star! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our departure was bright and early, and the staff even packed us a nice little Takeaway bag of snacks to have while we were on the road. Location was great! Everything was clean and very well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Stunning hotel with amazing staff. The hotel is perfectly situated within the Medina, close to Bahia Palace and an easy walk to the Souks. A fabulous breakfast is served in the hotel's courtyard, overlooking the pool. Our room was large and always very clean. Plates of fruit, cookies and dates were left in our room daily which is a lovely touch. There is no doubt in our minds that we will return to Ksar Anika again.

Absolutely peace and tranquility wonderful hotel

Ksar Anika is an inviting oasis amongst the chaos. Located in an easy to access area for drivers, taxis etc. We arrived late and were warmly welcomed. Our stay has be relaxing and tranquil.
