Palais Ronsard

Hotel grounds and rooms are beautiful and spacious. The service on the other hand is terrible. Dont go there if you want good service experience

A beautiful hotel with welcoming and kind staff. Our room was stunning, absolutely palatial with a magnificent marble bathroom. The gardens, pool and restaurant were all perfect. I couldn’t fault this place and would love to return.

Séjour merveilleux ; palais magnifique style néocolonial chic. En point de comparaison nous sommes allé déjeuner à la Mammounia (griandiose mais beaucoup moins cosy, par comparaison le Palais Ronsard n’a qu’une vingtaine de chambres) Après un dîner au palais Rhoul, nous avons été conforté dans notre choix ; le Palais Ronsard à vraiment notre préférence vis a vis des autres offres. Un petit bémol à prendre en compte : il est situé un peu à l’extérieur de Marrakech ; ce qui n’a absolument pas été gênant pour nous qui étions là pour nous reposer et profiter du lieu.

What a stunning hotel! The rooms were incredible, offering an authentic Moroccan palace experience. The location, a 20-minute drive from the central hub of Marrakesh, was incredibly peaceful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the poolside restaurant offered a great selection of food options. However, our experience was slightly dampened by the dinner offerings. The hotel has only one restaurant, which is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, along with room service. During this time, the hotel was trialling a summer garden restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was of an inferior quality and disappointing. We weren’t alone in our dissatisfaction; several other guests shared similar concerns, and the hotel acknowledged that it was unsuccessful. Despite this, we were still charged full price for the meal. Room service is also closed Friday and Saturday night to force you to eat at the garden restaurant. Maybe the hotel could plan evening events or use the outdoor area for early evening welcome drinks. However, I recommend going to town on Fridays and Saturdays for dining. That being said, despite this setback, we still look forward to returning.

This hotel is so elegant and peaceful. The absolute perfect refuge from the busy city. The restaurant was outstanding. All of the staff were professional and helpful and warm.

2 hours late check-in, leaking toilet in room, terrible service.

Peaceful resort with a Luxurious French style decorations, and the aesthetic interior design adds a special luster and happiness during my stay

The peaceful location and views were lovely. Beautiful decor and amazing Staff. Wonderful swimming pool too. Our overall sadness was the Menu offering. We enjoyed “continental breakfast” But our concern was the Main Dinner Menu. The menu didn’t change. No “Menu of the Day” … unless you took a taxi into Town, you would choose from the same menu. If you favoured something different from the Moroccan 🇲🇦 food on the menu, it was very tricky. . Opportunity to enjoy large Salads with a grilled Fish of the Day or other simple dishes would have added some variety.

The whole experience for me and my wife was amazing and magical we fell in love with the hotel and staff were so so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was 10/10 for its exquisite look and decor amazingly magical

Самый внимательный персонал, за 2 дня прибывания познакомились и с шеф-поваром и со всеми менеджерами. Знают, что ты берешь на завтрак и что заказываешь у бассейна. Территория хоть и небольшая, но ухоженная и вся цветет. Для меня в жизни показался лучше, чем на фото

Demeure et jardins magnifiques juste parfaits pour se ressourcer

Nous avons passé 5 nuit au Palais Ronsard. L’établissement est fabuleux, intimiste, le personnel est aux petits soins et la nourriture est délicieuse! Le paradis sur terre comme cela nous a été annoncé à notre arrivée!

Hôtel dans la Palmeraie (endroit au calme) mais plutôt dans un coin assez éloigné car nous connaissons des amis mieux situés que ce lieu. Pas d'affolement quand vous arrivez dans le coin un peu perdu de tout. La route de l'hôtel sera indiquée par un panneau à l'entrée du chemin puis le palais Ronsard sera rapidement visible par sa grille noire. L'hôtel est charmant, bien aménagé, verdoyant à souhait comparé au paysage que vous avez parcouru. Vous allez pouvoir vous reposer en toute tranquillité. Les enfants ne sont pas acceptés. Notre chambre est spacieuse avec un petit jardin ensoleillé. A ce jour, la chambre (chambre double deluxe) est communicante et l'isolation phonique entre notre chambre et celle de notre voisin n'est pas top top. Après discussion avec la gérante, une nouvelle chambre nous a été proposé. Des travaux vont être effectués afin d'insonoriser ces portes communicantes. Les serviettes de la salle de bain sont très douces et épaisses, les produits proposés dans la salle de bain sont de la marque Clarins. Enfin un hôtel qui reconnaît la différence de pointure des chaussons entre un homme et une femme: bravo Pour le centre ville de Marrakech, il vous faudra soit une voiture, soit un taxi. Nous avons commandé un taxi depuis la reception pour 20h et un retour vers 22h30: 250dhrs Le personnel est à la hauteur de la prestation de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Pour toute suggestion, n'hésitez pas à vous rapprocher du maitre d'hôtel.

Séjour fantastique, l’hôtel est magnifique et féerique !! Superbe deco, les jardins sont sublimes! Un vrai havre de paix! Le personnel et le service est également top top! Je recommande FORTEMENT ! Seul bémol: la restauration pourrait être améliorée, le gout est moyen…

Endroit magnifique, personnel attentionné et aux petits soins. Très belles suites, décoration raffinée et élégantes. Salle de bain en marbre très spacieuses. Très belle piscine, équipement et abords très qualitatifs. Très calme, idéal pour un séjour repos. Luxe, calme et volupté.
