Riad Dia - Hostel

Booked 5 nights in Morocco. Had trouble finding it at first, anyone looking to book here its down a little back street via a tunnel. Initial thoughts wasn't too promising, lots of rubbish outside. I booked 5 nights however night 2-4 I would be away on a desert tour, which I explained to the guy and he said okay. The rooms are very basic as you'd probably imagine for a budget hostel, however there is no excuses for some of the taps having no running water or soap, some of the beds not having plug sockets near and the playing of music until around 12 midnight. Thankfully I was away nights 2-4 but extremely annoyed that upon my return my bed had been given to someone else, so now I was in a different bed on night 5 (with the worst snorer). Credit where its due the staff were helpful and we were greeted with tea and were made to feel welcome, also its walking distance to the medina and the square. If you're a keen walker like me you can also walk from the airport (approx 1hr20) it was pretty safe and easy. However I would advise avoiding this place and if possible pay slightly more to stay somewhere better. Also recommend the desert tours/atlas mountains. Great to see.

Location is great because it's close very close to Medina. Price for what you get it totally awesome. It was way better than I expected. What I really appreciate was the stuff. They were so nice, friendly and helpful. Rashid the Riad manager was the most kindest and nicest manager I met in my entire travels. Thank you very much guys.

The staff are amazing! Pedro, Rajesh and the other staff all went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed my time in marrakesh. I originally only planned to stay for one night, but came back for a second night because of their excellent service! Also, it is centrally located right next to the main square so easy access to everything! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I stayed at Riad Dia for a week and it was home away from home for me! Zakaria, Zindagi (meaning Life in Hindi - Its a mutual greeting we ) and Daniel made my stay extremely pleasant.

Amazing place. Really friendly, great location 2 minutes from the square. The staff are brilliant and the rooms are super clean. You can eat all together for dinner and it’s such a good atmosphere and amazing food too. 100% would go back x

Helpful staff Nice place to meet people as a solo traveler On the second night we had a free dinner to celebrate the birthday of a traveler :) Breakfast is really ok Good price quality ration, I recommend

Really authentic, colourful Riad, very well located, with super social spaces, with ground floor courtyard and big roof terrace. A really nice mix of international travellers. Great price, especially with breakfast included. Did five nights here in total,

The hostel is a bit tired, dorms are small and needs more bathrooms for the amount of beds. It does have a nice courtyard and rooftop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and will help you will everything you need and can book your tours etc. but they are overworked. The location is great - near the main square and other sights. If you're a single traveller in Marrakech for 2 nights, I would recommend it for the price.

Decent hostsl in great location for awesome price. Breakfast included, tea provided at any time if needed. Nice guys working there. You can order a day trip from them, however prices set by hostel are bit high. Still you can negotiate with them! Really recommend that. It was my second stay. Third one will be there too!

モロッコの旧市街だけあってすごく場所が分かりにくく、地元の人に聞きながらやっと見つけました。欧米人バックパッカー向けな印象を受けました

La nuit très froide et heureusement la journée ily le soleil

La ubicación perfecta. El hostal en general está bastante bien, la limpieza es muy buena, la cama es cómoda aunque a la litera de arriba cuesta un poco de subir, los jovencitos de la recepción son simpáticos aunque creo que les falta profesionalidad, los desayunos están ricos y cada día cambian. A veces el volumen de la música por la noche no la controlan e incómoda si quieres irte pronto a dormir (23:30h por ejemplo). Recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquier persona mochilera sin dudarlo.

bardzo dobre polozenie, nie ma klimatyzacji w pokoju pomimo ze w ofercie bylo opisane ze jest klimatyzacja, sniadania beznadziejne. na 2 osoby kilkanascie oliwek, 2 nalesniki, 2 kawalki ciasta i 2bulki, margaryna , niezua ilosc miodu, filizanka niedobrej kawy, pokoj 2 osobowy bez zamka, zamykany na klodke, brudne lazienki,zagrzybione, czasem brak cieplej wody. ogolnie tylko bdb cena i super poleznie

Funcionários atenciosos e prontos pra ajudar. Me senti em casa. Riad lindo e confortável. Café da manhã simples, porém gostoso.
