Their room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. The breakfast was awesome. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I am happy with my stay , I was really looking for a traditional Moroccan place to stay and Ryad Alya did not disappoint. The architecture is very traditional and I can feel the local tradition in my stay. They also served the best traditional Moroccan breakfast and Idris was so nice to wait for me for my late check in and also for providing me good breakfast himself. I recommend this place in your next trip and they also have a transfer from the airport or from the train to this place.

DARK. Our room was dark with only a small window to the exterior and poor interior lighting. The bathroom was also dark with poor lighting. The alleyway leading to the Riad has no lighting, we arrived at night and the alley was pitch black. We used the lights on our phones to help us find our way. The breakfast area was pretty and the breakfast was lovely. The staff was friendly, but could be pushy. I also did not like the spa services.

Ryad Alya was beyond beautiful. Our check in was handled by Houssen and I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was. He helped get our train tickets for the following day. He made sure we were happy and content with our beautiful upgraded room. He should be given every opportunity to advance in this profession. Houssen could teach a class on customer service!!

Excellent service, excellent communication, beautiful riad, friendly atmosphere. Located close to the medina and parking garage (if you rent a car) and taxi’s. Would definitely stay here again when we return!!

The hosts who worked there were amazing. Great breakfast, hot showers, great court yard and they even has hair dryers in the room!
