l like everything ranging from their warmly reception to breakfast and the location which is in the heart of Rangoon (Yangon) surrounded with restaurants and stores.
I stayed there two days, and it truly made me comfortable to see courteousness of the girls at front desk, including security guards and bellboys. They are exceptionally helpful and treating guests with utmost respect. I wanted to stay there ten more days if I had time.
I would definitely come back and stay there next year.

The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable.Everybody on the staff was very friendly and helpful. The English of the front desk staff was good, so it was easy to communicate. I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.

Hotel front office girls can speak good English, and check in was fast. My room on the 4th Floor facing the road, and noise level is ok. Wifi is of average speed and there are a good number of choices for breakfast, including local food. My room, is recently renovated, is clean although the carpet are stained. Hotel Front office girls are very helpful, and will gladly helps to give recommendations, book taxi to airport and arrange breakfast as I need to leave at 6:30am to airport.
Hotel location is about 5-7 minutes walk Sule Pagoda, about 15 minutes walk to Bogyoke Aung San Market.

Check in was fast. WiFi was pretty good. Staff were polite and helpful. Area was okay. A little noisy but not bad. Room was spacious. Hotel seems a bit old but has a certain charm to it. Breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve had. I’d stay here again.

kept awake at night with the chinese shouting on their phones on the landing outside my room traffic noise beeping horns all night long cleaning station right outside my room the phone going off all the time no cereals for breakfast does not cater for european food only chinese and japanese i would not stay here again

Property needs a major renovation. Everything is very old, dated and rundown.
Breakfast was horrendous. Don't even bother. The food looked older than the rooms. Hard boiled eggs looked a week old, etc etc.
I would not stay here again.

Try to avoid the rooms facing the main road. The soundproofing needs improvement. Overall very happy with my stay here. For a budget 3 star hotel, this place is value for money. I'm impressed with the friendliness of the staff.

Was it a nice hotel? Not really. Would I stay there again? Yes. Bottom line, it’s cheap, it’s close to downtown (and walkable to either that area or the train station), and it gets the job done.

Hotel is in the heart of Yangon and important places are easily accessible.
The only complaint I have is that a extra roll of toilet paper should be available rather than having to ask for one when the one in use is about to run out. I had to ask the hotel twice during my 7 day stay.

Comfortable stay, friendly and helpful staff. Like most hotels in Myanmar though, best to get public taxi service on your own at a cheaper rate than through hotel.
