Excellent place to stay in Thamel. Very clean rooms, good bed, shower, great breakfast. Good location with access to everything yet quiet. Very pleasant garden atmosphere inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful for arranging transportation for us to Pokhara. Highly recommend.

Great staff, good property. Needs to rethink rooms a bit hard to store suitcases as designed. And add some bedside lights. Need a Phd to work the TV.

Other than the usual clean room and friendly staffs service .
we would like to extend our appraisal to the hotel staffs who offer to help , even after their working hour .
We checked out the hotel on 9/6/2024 . and was at the airport , screening our luggages at the airport X-ray screening station, shockingly , the officers told us that an item is prohibited from leaving without proper paper documents . Hence we have to ask some friend to take back .
We called the hotels for help and within minutes, the hotel staffs despatch their airport incharge , returned to the airport just because we need someone to help us .
Credit should go to the hotel staffs namely Mr Apil Khanal and Ms Pratikshya .

As advertised. Vice nice for the low, low price. Good location, close to most everything in the Thamel area. Staff are very friendly & attentive-they actually interact w/you in a real way unlike at the 4 hotels I stayed in Northern India for 10 days after this stop-in general I found Nepalis way more friendly & mellow then the abrupt & nervous/jittery Indians.
The Momos and the Newar trad assorted item plated dinner of Samay Baji w/chicken in the restaurant were great. My room was well appointed & comfortable w/good lighting including electrical outlets where I didn't even have to use my convertor plugs. Finally, at the bar/restaurant cool young dude Abin was great to chat with & he went above & beyond by taking me to the spot where I saw the packaged buffalo jerky the day before when I was on my walking tour. Make sure you check in w/him for info, etc. Overall, a pleasant surprise.

Great hotel so close to all the shops in Thamel. Staff were pleasant and room was very spacious.
Lots of amenities in the room like free bottled water, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel ect.
Comfy beds too!
A few little things though. Door didn’t lock so had to take all my valuables with me when I went out the room. There was an awful noise of running water then some form of loud machine or something all night coming from the hotel. Didn’t sleep too well because of it. Shame because it’s tucked away in a quiet area of Thamel.
Treatments at the spa are a must but they didn’t offer all of them. I wanted a few things but only ended up getting a massage so do ask before just in case any treatments aren’t available. Breakfast was awful, hardly any choice at all so ended up going out to one of the bakery’s instead.
