Check in was late, got there at 3pm and was told room wasn’t ready so had to come back after 4pm, not good enough and no real apology. Reception staff weren’t particularly friendly.

The staff were nice, convenient location. Room was clean and bedding nice. Hotel was clean. Didn’t like the very loud guests slamming doors at 4am and the smell of Marijauna in the hallway all day.

I stayed for 2 of my 3 night booking. On the second night there was a lot of noise from the room beside mine. I spoke to the staff at reception and they offered me a room in their sister hotel next door at no extra cost. This is a hostel with larger shared rooms as well as single rooms similar to mine so noise at night is a feature of this type of accommodation but they were very helpful when I mentioned the issue I had. The location is excellent, just 15 minutes walk from.the train station in the centre of town. This hostel and it's sister hotel are very good with excellent staff and I will stay there again on my next trip in 2017.
