Good value for money. Good location very close to supermarkets and restaurants but quieter than the city centre. Air conditioned rooms. Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Easy walk to train station via a short free ferry hop.

I couldn't stay this hotel, because the receptionist told me my booking has been cancelled. Even though I showed my booking status and booking number to him, he repeated he cannot find my name in the accommodation list, and they cannot contact to Hotels.com. Although this situation, I couldn't get refund yet!!!!

Good friendly check in, comfortable room with all essentials.
Towels changed unnecessarily although they were hung up.
The breakfast is a good although a little chaotic and more staff needed to keep the tables clean.

Couldn't work out why the sink was draining with the plug in, so took plug out, and about ½ meter of hair and slime came with it.
Having a shower left the slippery floor soaked.
At breakfast, they regularly ran out of spoons.
The bar service person was less than enthusiastic to serve.

Lovely view of the Marina, convenient to downtown and short ride to the Train Station. Professional Staff and nice restaurant on site for buffet breakfast and Pub-style dinners.

The hotel was o.k. i did not like the modern vibe with the low to the ground furniture and the weird staircase seating for work station access.
We were only fiven 2 towels and the shower did not drain properly. The restaurant food menu waa very limited.

The hotel is really okay but it’s so noisy ever night with unwanted songs like disco songs could be heard inside our room, plus transportation was hard, no available taxi or bus outside and the train station was like a 25-minute walk with messy road repairs on the way. Really not good for elderly tourists.

Breakfast service was great, efficient and plentiful.
Lunch and dinner not so. Only one waiter working after 7pm, so it took a long time to be served. Also menu was rather limited.
Room service was available once in 3 days.
