Really enjoyed our stay here, beds were comfy, and the bus stopped not far from the hotel. Only niggling issue was we were kept floors apart from our friends, and they said their floor was a building site. Other than that, really happy with our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The room was extremely dusty from the day we arrived. We reported the issue every day, but the problem was never properly resolved. The excessive dust made it difficult to sleep at night and significantly affected our comfort during the stay. The staff were polite, but the cleanliness standards were far below what we expected. I hope this feedback helps improve housekeeping quality for future guests.

Arrived at hotel, we got our room on the third floor. We were in our room 5 minutes and we had drilling on our wall, not a good start. We went to reception to ask what the noise was. They pointed to a frame with a notice stating construction work in the hotel from 10am to 6pm. The receptionist said it can run over too. We never got informed while booking this hotel that it has major construction work or when we checked in, we would never had booked this hotel as we wanted a relaxing holiday. We asked to be moved to a different side of the hotel in the hope not to hear construction work. The meal at night (dinner menu) was only good for one evening as it didn’t change. Burger/pizza. The following night we asked if they had toppings for the pizza ( only offer plan) unfortunately no toppings, so we went to the restaurant next to the Spar shop outside the hotel. We didn't eat breakfast at this hotel as we dont eat big breakfasts, €20 per person for a buffet breakfast. The Spar next door has pastries/coffee/water/ fresh orange juice. The hotel is 35-40 minutes on the bus to the city centre of Amsterdam ( train station)

I chose this hotel believing it was close to the city centre as my stay was short . However ,it was almost 50 mins by bus to the grand central station ..Saying that the bus was less than a 5 minutes walk across the park and was quite frequent . It gave a pretty good view of suburban Amsterdam .I won't recommend the metro to get to the hotel . The hotel was lovely though . The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean when we checked in but wasn't tidied properly the following day we had one less towel so had to request another. . The hotel safe was a bit dodgy as I swore I had closed it after the housekeeping opened and reset it .I found the safe opened on return from sightseeing luckily with what I had left inside it . This hotel would be better if there was a spa as there was no pool ,nor entertainment especially where it is located . The restaurant food choices wasn't exciting There was a convenient shop next to the hotel which sold hot and cold snacks hot beverages and other items .it is really convenient and purchased water from there as there was no bottled water in the room . The hotel had snacks but at a premium price

For a 3 star hotel everything was as expected and value for money. Would have been great if there was at least one USB charger in the room. The coffee replenishment for the room was sadly lacking. Basically everything was very clean, staff were extremely helpful, but the rooms were very "tired". On a real positive, although the hotel was located outside of Amsterdam City Centre, the Bus 18 from Central Station went directly to the hotel from Central Station. Again the journey was 40 mins but they were every 10 mins!

Not hot water for the day before I left and the morning I checked out. So I was unable to shower. Not ideal in the winter when it's 0 degrees out. Also no offer of compensation or good will gesture from the staff. Vague excuses and being told to email the bookings department. Also I've had no response to the messages I've sent regarding the matter.
