We loved this hotel. The staff was SO kind. We had an air conditioner issue and within minutes they moved us to a different room and made sure the air worked before moving us. Amazing location in the heart of Nine Streets. Highly recommend

First time in Amsterdam so we wanted a place with canal views and centrally located - the Hoxton was perfect.
A welcome note was waiting for us. That was such a sweet & nice touch. The rooms were clean & beds were comfortable. Basic amenities such as water, coffee & a mini fridge was convenient.
They also have a restaurant and bar on-site and the scene was very chill but vibrant.
We were greeted warmly and were welcomed by a smiling and helpful reception team. Throughout our stay they we so great. Here are some standouts:
Geraldine - gave us a great restaurant recommendation - Pesca - you got to go - delicious & fresh seafood.
Maria - helped us by lending us umbrellas when needed.
Charlotte - helped us when our safe got stuck.
Gio - bartender made great drinks
Stay here, you won't regret it. A big thank you to the wonderful staff, you made the difference. We would definitely return to stay here.

The staff was very nice. And the location is great. The rooms are very dark! We were facing the courtyard and there is very little natural light, and a not very bright chandelier. Hard to see if you left anything anywhere.

Rooms are tiny and old so be ready for that! Location cannot be better. Very close to great bakeries and shops. Also if you want to get a canal view, don’t stay on the top floor because you won’t see any canals.

Fantastic hotel- beautiful decor and service was excellent! Great walkabity in the center of Amsterdam, shopping, sight seeing and restaurants very close. Restaurant in the hotel is also quite good as well- definitely recommend the breakfast but dinner was great as well. You will be very happy with your choice if you stay at The Hoxton!

I like they have warm drying rack. Friendly staff as well as houskeeping. The only slight disadvantage is a small steps/stairs going into the hotel lobby and no hotel staff to take our luggage from hotel front.
