We had an amazing stay in the pinnacle tower. Room was perfect. Breakfast was awesome. Staff friendly. Spa and pool area looking a little tired now but still great facilities. Will definitely staycation here again.

Nice hotel. Have stayed here a few times and noted staff were not as attentive as per previous stays. Room appeared not to be vacuumed during stay also. But apart from these minor complaints (and they are minor), lovely room, great bed, great location and convenient shuttle service to the CBD. I would definitely return.
