Love staying at the milinium hotel auckland, the only thing this time was the room we stayed in the temperature was cold, the temp controller was old i dont think it worked so couldnt heat the room.

The Hotel location is good, but the hotel is very very old and requires innovation. The safe box was not working properly, not enough equipments in the gym and the gym is freezing. They have asked me to pay additional 2 percent because i swiped me credit card!

The facility is nice. Pool area, gym, sauna not crowded and kids enjoyed. Plenty of towels in changing room. Room kept tidy with beds made daily food within hotel has 2 options taste great and awesome service. Car park beside hotel with indoor walkways connected and we did valet there. Room was spacious and has morning sun. Toilets were kept fresh with both bath and shower. Enjoyed our stay has construction in front but doesn’t affect traffic

Upgraded room with a comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom with a tub. Very clean and tidy, the only issue was that the light switch turned on all lights in the room (except for some very dim beside lamps) would have been nice to be able to select a light or two

We love staying here due to the close proximity of concert venues. Table Service at restaurant was very slow this time plus air conditioning in room 844 was not working correctly. It won’t prevent us going back again very soon. It’s the first time I’ve not given the place FIVE STARS

Service was okay and was able to get an early checkin but had to pay $50. A little ridiculous especially because the room is ready. Valet is $60 /day so I opted to park on my own which was $25/day. Bathroom is super outdated and a shower that has little water pressure.
Would I stay here again? Probarbly not, but did the job for the one night
