What a great experience in Queenstown. In room fireplace is a game changer. The hotel was very welcoming and the rooms super spacious, clean and warm. The buffet breakfast was great and offered a great selection. The lake view stunning at sunrise and at the restaurant. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature and the gym well equipped. A wonderful stay!

The view was stunning.
However little things dragged it down.The initial room did not match the photo on the website. Staff were able to fix that.
Check in and having the room serviced were an issue although staff were very polite and friendly when they arrived.
The lack of little things such as replacement floor mat or a decent in house coffee or coffee maker and no night light in a very dark bathroom tempered the experience.

Absolutely beautiful location and hotel. Staff were so nice to organise a surprise for our grandmother as we were travelling to celebrate her birthday. Special mention to the young man who helped us with our luggage and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Very spacious and beautiful rooms. Also loved the water taxi ride into town. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our over all stay, slight disappointment opening our room to a strong odor of spices, after airing it out it cleared. Staff great in the morning for check out, arriving staff member at desk was very blunt.
