Stylish, cozy, hotel. Had one bedroom suite for 3 nights. Great decor! Loved it. Very comfy. Walking into reception with fire place and cozy seats felt just like Europe as name suggest. Well set out. Definite wow factor for me. So close to town centre. Walked there in 2 mins. Nice view from bar and restaurant. Small gym and laundry. Would definitely be top of my list next time in QT. Minor issues not deal breaker. All good from my prespective.

Delightful & very helpful staff all contributed to our Magic
vacation in Queenstown.
Our King size bed was just perfect, so comfortable.

Excellent location and beautiful hotel! Walk to everything Queenstown has to offer, close to all the bars, restaurants and activities. The hotel has a lovely restaurant, breakfast was great, open fire in the lounge/lobby and awesome hot tub outside.

This was our second stay at Hotel St. Moritz. All of the staff are excellent - everyone from the front desk to the bartenders to the folks in the dining room. The Alpine Suite had plenty of room for 3 of us. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed 3 nights and I asked the room to be cleaned one of those days. The room was cleaned but not replenished the soap and other basics. Air condition is set to a higher temperature than my preference not able to adjust.

All the staff were lovely, especially Maddy and Arina at reception. Our flight was cancelled due to Cyclone Alfred so we had to extend our stay, during a stressful time the staff gave great assistance.
