Fabulous hotel and location and just amazing staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Staff were so kind and welcoming.

Expired snacks in the room were being sold at triple the price. An overnight dinner option was listed, but no food was actually available.

The staff were amazing, great spot on Queen St and it was quite at night for sleeping. The bed was super comfortable, the 1 complaint me and hubby have was the pillows being all lumpy. But otherwise super happy and had a very comfortable 3 nights stay.

Great stay so handy to the comedy fest show we went to at Q theatre. Next to bus stop so easy to get there. Nice friendly staff. Close to shops and casino but good location.

Hotel was great. On check in the receptionist kept talking to my husband and handed the keycards to him even though I was handling the booking, and it was under my name.

Quiet, comfortable, good location and very well managed. I left a jacket behind when I left and their efforts to get back to me went beyond the call. Highly recommended!

The room temperature was hard to regulate and we asked at the desk they provided no assistance. Additionally we found our complimentary drinks with dinner on the last day it was in the safe and were unable to use it . They did not mention when we arrive Overall friendly staff and good location but noisy in the early am taking garbage and recycle

We loved our stay here! Savita, at the front desk, could not have been more helpful, from the time we checked in until the time we left. The room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and convenient hotel in the centre of Auckland - within walking distance of the harbour and other sites. We were in a Premier King room: nicely furnished with large comfortable bed, a sofa, coffee table, one easy chair. Bluetooth speaker clock. En suite shower and toilet room. Kettle, mugs, cups, tea and coffee and milk in the minibar fridge. Glasses. A small dishwasher! Air conditioning. We opted for the breakfast inclusive package - this was served in the Trocodero restaurant on the ground floor. Good choices from the set menu (although the bacon and sausages were perhaps overcooked on one morning and only on day three did our waitress offer us fruit juice - we should have asked). But these are very minor gripes for what was an enjoyable stay in a very nice hotel at a very reasonable price for a city centre hotel. There is a very convenient drop-off parking zone outside the hotel entrance on Queen's Street which enabled us to get our luggage and check-in before returning our hire car. All the staff encountered were polite, helpful and friendly. Recommended for your stay in Auckland.

Excellent hotel and location. We upgraded to a Queen suite and the extra space was worth it as having the sofa allowed us to relax after a day of exploring. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and no complaints.
