Enjoyed my stay here. Air con in my room was playing up but they offered multiple solutions and moved rooms for me. Very much appreciated this and their fast response. Location is key with this hotel, just a very short walk to Sky City and shopping just down the road.

Convenient location to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Room was clean and stocked with the your normal amenities (hair dryer, iron etc).

This was a really relaxed and easy stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful! The room was lovely and we had a really positive experience. I was a little dubious after staying at another hotel in Auckland a year ago and it being substandard - but Rydges absolutely made up for that and stood out as being top quality! :o)

View my room directly to the sky tower, and when I want to go to the airport the shuttle bus hasn't arrived yet, luckily the staff in the lobby helped to call the shuttle buss operator until finally the shuttle buss that I got came

The hotel staff has no respect, rooms are not cleaned unless requested, breakfast is like a 3 star hotel, the location of the hotel is strategic but quite difficult to find.
