Very nice room with free parking. Staff was kind. The only downside is that it is a few miles into town and the shuttle service gets booked up fast. Parking in town is expensive.

Beautiful views and friendliest staff. Clean room every day! Had the apartment on 3rd floor and just perfect. Shuttle runs to town every hour on the hour and picks up at same spot which is very convenient cause parking in queenstown is hard. Restaurant is amazing for breakfast and dinner!

We spent 3 days at the Rees. Really enjoyed our stay. Because of limited parking in Queenstown, expect to Uber/taxi to the town as it is a 40 minute walk to town. The service, the views and the rooms were all excellent. Would highly recommend.

The stay was excellent at The Rees hotel we had excellent service by staff and having the shuttle service was a great service. We had an awesome view from our room and spoiled by the room service we had twice a day and not to mention the chocolates we received every night in our room. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back.

The hotel has an exceptional view of the water which be enjoyed either from inside the room or inside n the balcony. The hotel is well maintained and cleanly. The hotel is situated in 2 buildings which made the initial navigation a little interesting.
The staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
Our main complaint had to do with the on site dining. After a long day we decided to dine at the on site restaurant and were definitely not happy with the experience. The menu options are limited and when we showed up the 2 options we planned to enjoy were not offered. In addition when our selection showed up the portion sizes were extremely small…should have paid more attention to the server who cautioned patrons of this when ordering….we would have appreciate more effort on providing more options and a more reasonable portion. Size than the actual presentation (clearly the focus of the restaurant).
We would book this hotel again but avoid the restaurant and enjoy the ample establishments in Queenstown.

The location of the property gave spectacular views of the lake and the surroundings. The free shuttle to the downtown was very convenient. The food was tasty. The front-office staff was very helpful. Beautiful hotel.

Luxury Home Away from Home! This condo-like experience was amazing. The 2-bedroom suite was super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with a living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. The staff were highly attentive and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to a walking path by the lake that leads to the downtown area. A truly luxurious and comfortable stay!
