Great location, old but refurbished and very clean. Shower pressure was great despite from on site water tank on an island with scarce water supply. Swimming pool small but deep so great for cooling down and underwater swimming.

Really enjoyed our stay, received a warm welcome with complimentary glass of bubbles at the bar. Unit was modern, spacious and clean. Had a nice patio with a sea view. Loved having the option to use the pool and a restaurant on site, which is rare in Waiheke. Food was amazing and staff really lovely. Will definitely book again.

Great location. An easy walk to the beach, with cafe/restaurant nearby.
Had 2 nights with massively noisy party people in the unit next door, banging crashing & load talking & music until 1.30am.
No Staff or reception on site to sort out the noise problem.

Great use of the pool and easy parking. Comfortable bed and black out curtains. Couch however was disgusting full of stains that we actually had to put the cushions down to sit on them. The floor is needed for a good hot water mop. No hand soap. There were plates but unfortunately no bowls. Only spent one night there so did not bother chasing up after all this. But overall accom is nice, great location. Comfortable bed and easy check in and great use of pool. Just need thorough cleaning.

Beautiful view and wonderful staff. Spacious room, air conditioning was loud and no screens so we were hot at night. Could hear people walking in room above us at night. Far from other restaurants and town so take taxis or walk/bus options if you don’t have a car.

Le logement est propre, confortable, quoique bruyant lorsque vous avez des logements au dessus de vous, vous entendez les pas des occupants et l'accès est assez sportif
vous devez desdendre des escaliers avec vos valises.
Assez loin du centre ville, il vaut mieux avour une voiture Sinon le site est beau.

we feel like we are not valued as guest. The unit was not clean. there was cockroach when we open the menu book. the floor is dusty. the furniture outdoor was in bad shape. Pillows were ripped- probably due to old age. I dont usually write reviews but the experience we had was bad that it will not be fair for other people if the resort will not know about this feedback.

Four stars on average probabily speaks well for the most part ,that we would happy to stay again.
The oven inside could have been cleaner ? the bench top had a burn from a hot pot which in hindsight could be blamed back on us, overall it was tidy and clean, and im not really expecting to get a call about the burnt bench top?

Nice place and fabulous views. We were in a property at the bottom of the complex which was a little disappointing as meant a real hike up a very steep hill to the amenities but on the whole, we had a nice stay. Restaurant was expensive so we didn’t eat here.

We were upgraded from the Short Stay room to the Scenic Studio which was such a lovely start. Beautiful driveway and walk up to the resort. Check in and checkout super easy. The pool and deck area is lovely to sunbathe in. Our room was quite nice and comfortable. Only negative was the cleanliness which could be improved slightly. Some brown marks on the ceiling and dust bunnies hanging around, the cutlery and cups were a bit dusty and water stained. Overall though, the room was nice (could do with some modernising) and we loved the balcony.

This property has great views of the sea. Just beware there are many stairs to get to some units. Ours was 104 stairs to the restaurant, pool and restaurant. The restaurant food and service is excellent.

Was told we needed to pay a $25 late check out fee at 11am. Thought this was unnecessary and spoilt an otherwise pleasant experience. Staff could simply have reminded us at 10am that we needed to check out by 10am instead of waiting until 11am and then telling us about the charge.
