We had a lovely stay at Drum Manor. Valerie was a great host, making sure we were comfortable in our room and then the next morning, providing a delicious breakfast. The rooms are in great condition and nicely decorated, including a freestanding rolltop bath! There are 360 degree views as Drum Manor is on a hilltop. Valerie gave us a great dinner recommendation in Hillsborough (The Plough) so would also recommend that. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

This property was excellent. The house has the most magnificient views of the area. Our room was beautiful and clean. Our breakfast options were plentiful. Our hosts, Valerie and Ken were very knowledgable about the area and their suggestions for dining and sightseeing were excellent. It was the best B & B that I have ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back!

Valerie and her family are exceptional hosts with an exceptional property. We wanted a base from which to explore Northern Ireland and this fit the bill perfectly. Each morning we embarked on new adventures with our stomachs full from a truly deluxe, delicious breakfast. We returned home each night to perfectly comfortable lodgings with the makings of an evening tea (or coffee) and biscuits at the ready. You can stop your search now, you’ve found the value, comfort, and experience you’re looking for!

We spent a delightful night at this location, which is just 25 minutes from Belfast. The environment was quiet and pleasant, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. The included breakfast was delicious, and we highly recommend this place.

Skvělí, velmi milí a přátelští majitelé. Nádherný dům, úžasný výhled do okolí, velmi čistý a pohodlný pokoj. Koupelna přes chodbu. Káva k dispozici v hale, výborná snídaně. Krásná lokalita. Skvělé místo pro návštěvy Belfast i dalšího okolí.

A lovely welcome, comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast (which we couldn’t finish, sorry). When we come back to Northern Ireland we hope you’ll have a space for us to stay again.

Our experience staying at the the Drum manor was very warm and welcoming. Valerie was and is quite rightfully a proud owner and running the business for many years. We enjoyed the surroundings the stories and delightful chats. The breakfast was lovely it has lots choices and the beds were very and comfortable. Fantastic rural getaway location. Breakfast was wonderful and cooked to order by the host. Lots of options to choose from. Very comfortable beds. Great WiFi. Local village of Royal Hillsborough is beautiful with lots of lovely shops. You need a car for this location.

Amazing stay. Lovely room, breakfast and great conversation

The couple running the Manor were absolutely fantastic. Warm and inviting. We had grand breakfast every day. They made us feel at home and treated us like close friends. We would return many times if we were able.

Valerie was an amazing host! The manor was immaculate and soooooo comfortable. Quiet, blackout curtains, super comfy beds. Everything was the best quality, even the towels and robes.The breakfast was delicious! Short drive to Game of Thrones tour bus departure.

Val and her husband are amazing people. They welcomed us and were so nice and friendly. The stay was quiet and peaceful. I wish I could have stayed longer but the adventuring has to come first!
