Really great property. The only issue was construction next door which was a bit loud even on a Sunday and somewhat early in the morning.

Wow! One of the best places I've ever stayed in. If you're ever in Oslo I can highly recommend Bob W. I loved the high tech keyless entry, the handwritten welcome card, the phone charger, tote bag, kettle, mini fridge which was extremely useful. The bathroom was spotless and to a high 5 star standard with a beautiful shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and the blackout blind was excellent. Really liked the reusable water bottle which you could use during your stay. I wasn't expecting to get free use of the washateria where there was a washing machine and tumble dryer you could use. Overall a 5 star experience well done Bob W team

Decent Bob W hotel after staying at one previously in Helsinki. Think it could do with bit of a spruce up in the corridor areas as they seem a bit dark and scuffed up for my liking, but room was clean and tidy. Great price for myself and my family and we liked the reusable water bottles which you could borrow. The building noise next door was pointed out upon arrival and I read reviews about it. You should definitely be pointing this out to customers prior to booking though. Only affected us for initial day as we needed to sleep for an hour or two upon check in after driving all night. Upon checking in the noise was horrendous to be honest and the building was physically shaking. Thankfully this was only time it affected us as we were out rest of trip during building work hours. Couple of little things need tweaking. Such as facility to empty your bins in room. When staying in room for 4 nights with children the bins fill up quickly and no spare bins bags anywhere, nor big bins to drop your apartment rubbish into which would be ideal. Location and price were were great and I’d stay here again.

Excellent stay in all respects, cleanliness, amenities including use of washer/dryer, thoughtful items left in room such as shopping bag and water bottles, ease of use of door entry and communications via app. We will definitely stay at Bob W properties again

Fantastic room and customer service via their app (but slow via hotels.com messages). We had a note apologising for the noise next door, which started at 7.30am, which was annoying, but out of their control.

Great location, fantastic room!

The hotel is like apartment living. Check in/out is online with no staff on the property. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The property had washer/dryer, luggage storage room for early/late check in or check out. The most impressive thing was the communication with staff via WhatsApp. They checked in daily if I needed anything, were very responsive if I had questions and were delightful to deal with. The room had many thoughtful touches, such as universal phone/ipad charger cable, an instant camera with film for use during the stay, coffee/tea etc. I’d stay there or at any other BoB property again.

Very good experince. No issues at all. I waa a little worried about the keyless consept but it was really process. The room was very clean, it was a nice touch that they offered the use of a tote bag and a instant camera.

Overall, the room was nice and comfortable to sleep. We were not able to find the dining place so we just brought to-go food somewhere else.

The best thing about the hotel is the location that is very centre with easy access to everything. The major downside is the hot water supply. As a family of 3 people, the hot water can only be enough for one person so we have to take turns to have shower. The waiting time in between people is more than an hour. This is really rare in a commercial accommodation property.

The room was very comfortable and clean, in 4 we had a great time, also the spaces are well managed. The location is perfect both for going to the bus and train station (convenient as a connection to the airports) but also to move around the city since it has close bus and tram stops. The communication with Bob via whatsapp is immediate and the contact is always super available.
