It's a nice hotel, central close to everything. But Rooms do need a little bit of an upgrade. Having said that room was very comfortable

A little confused by the hotel profile photo as it's a picture of the aker brygen museum at sunset not of the hotel. Booked a queen loft room but it was too small, had no wardrobe and no kettle.asked to move to a double room and it was sorted straight away no problem by kind helpful receptionist and was a much better room. Be mindful Rooms are warm and no air con so had to open window. Breakfast was nice lots of choice, gets busy at peak times. Shop across the road, public transport close and metro station next block. Would love to stay again at millennium if visiting Oslo

The receptionist where friendly and smiley other than that everything else was bad, no housekeeping for three days, the room was very stinky the frame door of bathroom were rusty and very old, I’m surprised that Oslo still can have this kind of dirty and filthy place

The shower half-door is pointless. It’s basically taking a shower without a door. The floor is soaking wet after a shower. The toilet was positioned so that my husband and son could not sit on the toilet. They are both very skinny people and 6’1” and 6’3”. Had to go downstairs and use the restroom in the lobby. We wouldn’t be able to stay here again.

It was comfortable, very dated and tired, but fairly clean. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was great. Location is very convenient and easy to get to equidistant to many attractions. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This was an awful hotel. The rooms are damaged and common areas are dirty. My first room the topper on the bed had a huge stain, which appeared to be urine and damaged to the walls. The second room on a lower floor was also in poor shape but the mattress was without stains and dead bug shells. I will say the staff were friendly but no real solution to the poor condition to the room. They would not allow a refund.

Everything is great except the shower door. It gets water all over the bathroom and on the floor. I was afraid I was going to fall and I’m a pretty limber person. Also there was no soap at all. Not sure I missed that it wasn’t provided or housekeeping forgot it.

Characterful hotel in a great location. Slightly disappointed that the room was not cleaned at all during my 4 night stay (I could have requested it but did not remember at the right time). Breakfast area a little on the small side so rather chaotic when busy but good selection of food

We had a lovely stay at the Millenium! Although a bit outdated, and the wear and tear is present, it didn’t bother us. The location is perfect, breakfast was great and we had a good time! Would stay again.

The hotel's location is fantastic. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room is small-ish but it isn’t bad. The room is an old style look. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast has everything you need, buts its has an hectic atmosphere. There is no room, to many people.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, transport options and the waterfront. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They kindly let us check in early which was much appreciated. The breakfast is good. The low stars for the property condition are because we had some issues with the room locks. On one occasion we could not get out of the room which was quite disturbing.

Hotel was in a good location. Easy to walk most places. Hotel is tired, in need of some TLC to fix some of the bumps, dents and chips in the paintwork and walls. The bed was comfortable and having windows that open is always a bonus. The carpets of the corridors and stairs were not clean and did not appear to have been vacuumed in the time we were there. Breakfast served a good selection, but much of the food designated as hot was in fact tepid or cold.
