A fantastic one night stay in one of the river view rooms with our 18month old toddler. We had requested a cot and it was all ready for in our room when we checked in. The children’s play area was absolutely wonderful and such a help after a long travel day. The room was comfortable with plenty of space. The setting of the guesthouse is beautiful. The breakfast was okay, not the most choice but it was sufficient for what we needed. Overall, we were sad not to spend more time here.

A most stunning location with beautiful views of the fjord. Everything in the house was top notch and well thought through. The kitchen had all the necessary gadgets, utensils and crockery. The living room had very plush comfortable sofas. The beds were comfortable. The linen and towels were clean and neat. The only thing that was a bit odd was that such a big house for 8 people had only 1 bathroom. There were 2 toilets though, which is a good thing. Parking place just next to the house. Overall, I would still give it a 10/10.

Good location for a few days. Staff very pleasant. Room was as expected for the price (double room with terrace overlooking river). Internet not very reliable. Overall a positive experience but again we were not expecting a luxury hotel

This was our favourite place to stay in Norway. It's located in a small, beautiful town, Ulvik. This guesthouse is run by two twin brothers. They were the absolute best! Their hospitality and kindness were a real treat. The breakfast buffet was delicious. They know how to run a business and we would highly recommend their guesthouse.
