Staff was good. And rooms with tub are very nice.

Be careful about extra charges. We were charged extra for second guest. Receptionist is abit rude and sarcastic.

We could not recommend this hotel enough - the whole design is stunning! The attention to detail is beautiful! The staff are so welcoming and have a lot of time and knowledge to give which was lovely - the food really was the best breakfast in Oslo! The room was wonderful very clean and full of amenities! Thank you Hotel Bristol for a marvellous stay!

I am an avid traveler, and this is easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. In sum, we were offered second rate service with a side of judgment and a hint of dismissiveness, not only by the employees but even by the arrogant guests that filled the halls. In a city as beautiful as Oslo, it was disappointing to say the least to find such ugliness sitting right at the center of it. First and foremost, my husband and I were given a room with construction happening literally right outside our hotel room door in the hallway on the very wall adjacent to our room. It was a unique but definitely unwanted wake up call every morning by banging and drilling on the wall. There was no warning, apology, or even acknowledgement of this occurrence. Our final night, before we had to wake up at six in the morning for a flight, there was some sort of party happening inside the hotel with music loudly playing right outside our window until at least one in the morning. When we initially complained about the music, the receptionist lied and said the music was not coming from inside the hotel but from across the street, a palpable falsity given how loud and clear the music was and something the receptionist later contradicted when confronted once again a few hours later as the music had not stopped. In fact, we learned the music was coming from an event being hosted on the second floor of the hotel. On top of this, the service in general during our three day stay was fil

Very good hotel. Well located in central Oslo. The hotel is older but well maintained. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

I loved this hotel! Everything was perfect: the hotel, its staff, and location. They even had a USB converter I could keep till check out! Perfect place!

Smooth check-in and great service. Rooms are a bit dated and needs an overhaul. No robes in the room which I found strange. Lovely restaurant and impressive breakfast. Beautiful hotel with great location. Love the interior in the common areas. Would stay again if the price is fair.

Probably the best hotel breakfast in Norway!

The hotel was beautiful, I only wish it had air Conditioning as it was quite warm and humid during the day and night. Breakfast was exceptionally wonderful and staff were attentive and kind.

Our stay at the Hotel Bristol was outstanding. The public spaces are historic and beautiful and our room was well sized and very comfortable. The hotel is located in the center of Oslo making it easy to walk to most sights. The streetcar and metro are nearby if you need to go a little farther. They have an excellent breakfast buffet to ensure you are fueled up for the day.

Hotel Bristol is a beautiful hotel with well appointed rooms. The breakfast buffet was amazing- so many food options!
