Always stay at hotel Klubben. The receptionists were all wonderful and helpful. Also, the staff at breakfast is really sweet as well. My room was upgraded to a balcony room as I always stay at hotel Klubben and it is a lovely room with a fantastic view of the Brygge! For some reason, the cleaning staff did not clean my room on the second day. But overall, it was a wonderful stay.

My stay was truly wonderful, i was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the hotel and the friendly team, they were always helpful & welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. The stay exceeded my expectations and i would definitely recommend this hotel

Jag har rest i jobbet i 35 år och bor på hotell ca 3-4 dar i veckan på olika hotell runt om i framförallt Sverige. Speciellt Mycket bra frukost med fina råvaror .

No Air condition…. Room was screeching hot (provided a small portable fan).

Very nice hotel.

I was not informed where to park my car and there was nobody at the desk when I wanted to check out. Breakfast was good. I could have eaten dinner at the hotel but I wasn’t informed about the rooftop restaurant. I was happy with my room. Bedlinen were very comfortable and I could open the window to have a cool breeze into the room at night. Some newly built hotels don’t have windows that can open. I never stay a second night in such hotels. Thanks Klubben - I’ll be back!

Clean and good breakfast and nice staff.

Fantastic town Hotel nice but putting us on 4th floor with dog and no view when hardly anyone else in the hotel seemed odd. Huge room and staff all very friendly. Magical spot for one night before xmas.

Good room, great view. Nice breakfast, polite staff. Right next to many restaurants. Also has a nice roof top restaurant.

Construction going at at full price and no information before coming. occasionally no hot water

The hotel is ubdwrgoing rennovation (it will be completely closed from January for the instsllation of new lifts) but in the room we couldn't hear any noise at all. Parts of the floor near the building works had protective covering but the fully open areas wete lovely. Staff were friendly and friendly (especially to restaurant manager), the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the room was big enough to have a separate 'lounge area' with a sofa and table. Highly recommended.

Going into the reception we were hit by an overwhelming sewage smell. This was the case for both the first and second floor. The hotel was also a construction site and undergoing a total renovation. Neither of these issues was addressed or informed of beforehand. The room itself wasn't to bad, but the bathroom was old and worn down. The breakfast was ok, but having to pass through the sewage stank to get there wasn't very inviting. If it hadn't been for the room and breakfast I would have rated this as terrible, but this saved it by a hair. Thought to address this when checking out, but wasn't even asked how our stay had been and just wanted to get out of the stink by then. Unbelievable this wasn't informed or addressed when booking or ahead of time. Would for sure have booked something else had we known. Not offering a discount or other form of reimbursement is just sad and bad customer service. It will probably be nice when everything is done some time in the future, but that will be without me as I have no plans to come back. Do NOT recommend, STAY AWAY!

Hotel Klubben is going through a major renovation. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was fantastic. Very nice room. Any hotel in renovation has issues and I'm not going to lower them because they are open during their renovation. Hotel Klubben is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the waterfront scene, Osberg replica ships, and bars. I had a great time bar hopping after 2200 hanging out with locals & tourists. I recommend the Hotel Klubben and will come back. Give them a break while they complete their renovation. It will be amazing when it's completed.
