Room is exactly as expected, well maintained, clean and cozy. Small but enough for up to 2 pax. Location is central in the city and the airport bus stop is within less than 50m. Walking distance to tourist office and other major attraction. Nice top floor overlooking the bridge and view of the city.

We had a standard room, which had a plenty of space for two people. Nice view of the church and town from our window. Excellent breakfast! Location is close to all of the restaurants and shops.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and overall, it was a great experience. The best part about this hotel is its fantastic location, offering stunning views of Tromsø and easy access to various activities. Shuttle services for excursions like the Northern Lights chase, Fjellheisen (mountain cable car), and reindeer sledding are just a short walk away. Additionally, some of the best restaurants and shopping spots are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient.
The only downside is that the Cosy Rooms are quite small, which might not be ideal if you have a lot of luggage or prefer more space. However, if you are out exploring most of the time, this may not be a major issue.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfort, and convenience!

This hotel was extremely wonderful for the location! Close to nearly every tour meeting location we booked; close to restaurants and shopping as well. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. We had a lovely view of the town and could even see the northern lights! Only issue we had was there’s no restaurant inside the hotel or any kind of room service. My brother and I both got sick and couldn’t go out to get food, so it would’ve been nice to have room service to get something delivered.

I would return here again. I do think I was in the old wing, but my room was good though the bed may have been uncomfortable if I was there for more than two nights. There was also no room to put a suitcase open anywhere. The hotel is centrally located near the airport bus as well as as many of the tour companies and the bus terminal. I did not use breakfast so I cannot comment. The staff was very kind, I very much appreciated that they had some fruit and coffee out when I left for the airport bus at 4:30 AM.

Hotel is in great location on waterfront with restaurants and city attractions all within walking distance. Only reasons for not giving it higher rating is the lack of restaurant within the hotel, on our 1st night we ended up eating in Scandic’s Roast restaurant. Also given the northern lights tours often finish very late (we got back at 4:30am) and this is one of the main attractions in Tromso , it would be good for breakfast hrs to be extended to 11am everyday.
