Our stay at Decapolis Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a fantastic location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always kept spotless by the housekeeping staff. What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until the day we left. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Panama. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Decapolis Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality hotel with exceptional service.Unfortunately, our experience at Petit Bistro was extremely disappointing. The restaurant brought me the wrong meal. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that kitchens can get busy. However, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff repeatedly insisted that I had ordered the wrong dish, even though the food they served did not match the menu description or what I had ordered before. This made me feel as though I didn't understand the menu, rather than simply admitting there had been an error. Only later did they apologize, explaining that the kitchen was very busy and had made a mistake. By that point, I had already paid for the incorrect meal and left.

The staff were welcoming. Spoke English so we were able to communicate. Room was clean, amenities acceptable. The elevator was the only turnoff. Wait time was a little long. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Been there twice and looking forward to another visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Decapolis Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. Hotel sucio, no hacen limpieza completa de la habitación. Elevadores que loquean y 8 de cada 10 empleados sin cordialidad. Aparte que expedía no hizo bien la reservación y me mandó a otro hotel sin notificarme, dejándome a la deriva sin hotel. Tuve que quedarme con alguien más . El desayuno bueno, no genial pero no malo. Terrible experiencia.

Clean space. Helpful staff. Great Continental breakfast with many options! The hotel is older and could use a refresh in the gym and the locking mechanism of the room bathroom was a functional but a little weird. Overall a good experience and The Megalopolis next door is definitely the more modern, updated version for a few more dollars a night.

If you are looking for larger space to unwind this could be the hotel for you. However hotel needs room renovations. The bed is very low and the linen is in dire need of replacement. Breakfast is always a highlight at this property.
