There is a very convient bar next door, good prices for drinks and bar-food.

The rooms are big but looks old and dark...i was not comfortable sleeping there.

The room was clean & comfortable. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. A decent location with restaurants nearby.

Persistent cigarette and humidity odor – management did not resolve issue I recently stayed at Coral Suites in Panama City and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The first room assigned to us was very depressing, so we requested a change. Although the staff moved us to another room, the main issue was never resolved. The second room had a very strong and persistent cigarette smell. We complained several times to management, but nothing was done to properly fix the problem. Housekeeping cleaned the room, yet the odor remained. We were not offered any solution such as an air purifier, odor neutralizer, or any effective action to remove the smell. Additionally, the bathroom had a humidity/mold odor, and the cabinets under the sink smelled so bad that we did not feel comfortable placing our personal items inside. The constant cigarette and humidity smells made our stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant. We expected a clean, fresh, non-smoking environment, and that was not the case. Very disappointing experience.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen area was nice. There were four burners, pots and pans and a medium size fridge. There were a couple mini grocery stores and bakery within walking distance.

The rooftop pool was the best thing ever. The room was clean, it was nice to have a full kitchen but my room had a strange smell to it. Also, I requested a ride from the airport and no one ever showed. After I arrived at the hotel after waiting around for 45 minutes or so (after messaging with no response and then calling with no answer), I mentioned to the lady at the desk that someone was supposed to pick me up and she sounded surprised
