Clean room. Great water pressure in shower. Close to everything. Charming place. Great ac. There's no restaurant in the hotel. But there's plenty of places to eat close by. Also getting doordash there was easy.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room with good air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Perfect for our stay in old town. Parking can be hard to find but there are lots to park overnight.

Very small uncomfortable room, not what I expected or saw online at the time of booking, staff was great, but the room left a lot to be desired. Very noisy, due to its proximity to bars/clubs night life, bring ear plugs.

Hotel looked just like the photos. Beautiful, great price, nice staff. Hotel Magnolia is in the Casco Viejo area, central to everything. Shopping, food, entertainment. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator. Wasn't a deal breaker for me, but it may be for others. I would definitely stay at Hotel Magnolia again if I find myself back in Panama!

They located us on the third floor, without elevator. They offered us help from their staff but the staff never arrived. We have to carry our own suitcases to the 3rd floor without elevator. The third floor was an open space, imagine the humidity and the heat, plus carry your own heavy suitcase to thourgh the 3 floors stairs. They sold us with a junior suite room... so sorry, it was not a junior suite at all. The bathroom did not have ac, and it was very hot inside of it.

Great location and friendly staff! We stayed on the top floor, in the ‘junior suites’, which required carrying our heavy bags up 69 steps—definitely a workout! The room was clean, quiet, comfortably cool, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you don't mind a bit of a climb! Excellent location, so close to many restaurants, shops and local attractions. The staff regularly messaged me with recommendations prior to our arrival with transportation options and restaurants, which we appreciated.

I booked the suite as a birthday treat for myself so I was especially disappointed that it did not live up to the description. One of the biggest inconveniences was that there is no elevator so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up to the third floor when I arrived. After requesting a room change, I then had to carry all of my luggage back down and move it to another room myself. The suite was located on the top floor and because of the direct sunlight, it became extremely hot. Even with the air conditioning running, the room never became comfortable. I asked to switch to a room on a lower floor because of the heat. While the hotel accommodated the request, they moved me to a less expensive room and did not reimburse me for the difference in price between the suite I had originally booked and the standard room I ended up staying in. The common areas were also underwhelming. Aside from a few couches, there weren't really any amenities. The only positives were the hotel's location, which is excellent and very convenient. Overall, I left feeling that the stay did not provide the value I expected, especially after paying extra for a suite that didn't match the description and ultimately having to accept a cheaper room without a partial refund

Las personas de la recepción son muy formales el hotel estaba ok, las habitaciones un poco pequeñas para el valla tan elevado que pagamos, necesita mejorar un poco en la limpieza y el aire acondicionado tenía un sonido horrible que no nos permitió dormir bien, todo lo demás estuvo bien. Locación excelente, cerca a todo. Muy silencioso en la noche. Área segura. Fácil acceso
