Aspen Hotel & Apart

Have to return room key all the time. Time how much spend using the Tv, turn off the electricity each time you leave the room. Disaster, first time ever in my life that looks like I was in jail. The price of the hotel change.

Excellent location, near to the city centre and restaurants

- Only good thing about hotel is included 'game' room with pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc. Unusual perk that is good for families with kids that need entertainment. - Big surprise at checkout. Government tax: 10% if total bill paid in cash, 20% if paid by CC. Hotel tax: 10% additional. BOTH should be documented in the advert or included in the listed rate. As-is, VERY misleading advertising. - Hotel is old and dated. Once upon a time, probably a very fun place to stay, but now dark and out-of-time. - Toiletries not provided by default. Had to ask for them. - Tiny hotel keys on 8x8" boards. Is a challenge to unlock/lock the doors. - Batteries were dead on the remote controls, so no A/C control without assistance.

We had to stand 15 to 20 minutes before being helped for check in. They walked this up to the room, turned on the air conditioning, and took the remote with them. They claim they only have one We were told they would send someone up to stock the minibar and no one ever came. We asked for ice, on four different ovcasiins within a three hour window, until I decided to walk downstairs, just learned at the hotel was out of ice. But eventually they sent someone out to buy some. The white sheet I had a very distinguishing stain on it which look like fecal matter; we complained and they changed it. The pool was filthy, with lots of scum on the tile; disgusting. No towels were available. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable as well as the pillows.

Disappointed! Asked to use the phone to make a free phone call to change a flight and got charged $130! not happy!

no me gusto para nada, lugar oscuro, atención mala, desayuno horrible y el lugar en general parece situado en los 70 pero abandonado, no me gusto nada

El hotel y la atencion impecable!! Solo que la zona es muy ruidosa por los locales nocturnos.

L établissements est correct et propre Le seul hic est la climatisation défaillante dans bcp de chambre.1ère nuit sans clim . Difficile de trouver une autre chambre avec clim enfin une pour la 2ème nuit.Sinon hôtel bien dans l ensemble pour le prix (50€/nuit nov 2019) !!

La estadía paso sin sobresaltos, el hotel es acogedor y el personal siempre atento. Lamento q haya sido desbordado por la gran ocupación hotelera, no llegaron a cumplir con el desayuno, el último día fue pésimo, no había ni siquiera tazas para servir el café. Además deberían aclarar que el estacionamiento es limitado.

A pesar de estar publicado e incluido en mi reserva no tuve cochera disponible. Tampoco habia restaurante habilitado. Eran 3 camas y solo habia dos y un colchon en el piso. Mala relacion precio y calidad del servicio

EXELENTE ESTADIA , EL HOTEL COMODO , COMPLETO EN TODOS SUS SERVICIOS , CON UN EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE YSERVICIAL EN TODO MOMENTO. SOLO SU UBICACION ES MUY ALEJADA DE LA ZONA DE SHOPING Y RECORRIDAS DE COMPRAS , PERO CON UN CASCO HISTORICO MUY LINDO.

Hotel bem localizado, no Centro de Assunção. Quartos amplos, mas pouco arejados, e limpos. Café da manhã é uma das grandes deficiências do Hotel, poucas opções, produtos servidos frios e culinária que deixa a desejar. Outro problema foi o aquecedor, como estava muito frio, precisei do equipamento e não funcionou.

Parece mucho más de lo que es, el desayuno muy malo

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, con estacionamiento propio y aparenta seguro, en una zona que no lo parece tanto. La habitación fue confortable, pero hubieron detalles como la falta de un vaso en el baño o bolsas en los basureros; que pueden mejorarse. El kit de aseo es bien básico y sólo se ofrece un toallón. El desayuno es correcto, aunque su presentación podría mejorar mucho. El servicio del personal en general es bue o y cordial.

Extraordinario como siempre las intalaciones del hotel y el personal siempre tan atento. Por último un párrafo aparte para el director Luis siempre presente en todos los detalles para tener una estadía gratificante en mi querida Asunción. Gracias

La estancia fue muy buena .. el personal amable ... Cambiaría las sábanas y toallas muy viejas

El servicio del hotel es muy precario. Hay olor en los baños, lejos de los centros comerciales. El wifi malo.
