This place- with the right investment of manpower, planning and minor investment could be a great boutique hotel. It's location is great...just a 10-15 minute walk to either of the 2 Plazas in town. The room has an excellent bathroom - with a bath. Key improvements would include: Staffing: Younger cleaners- not grandma's who could be forgiven for not bending down- at theiri age- to clean the dust that can be seen accumulating under the beds.. More staff so your guests won't be left at the front gate- ringing the entry bell to no avail because the lone receptionist is also required to help out in the short-staffed kitchen during breakfast or do cleaning/other tasks during the day Facilities in the room A bin in the room please- not just a bin for the bathroom Tissues in the room please - not just toilet roll in the bathroom A Kettle and a cup for drinking hot tea/coffee in the evening. There was only a hot water thermos flask in the downstairs breakfast room and it was tiresome to walk up and down the stairs just to get hot water from there... plus it wasn't really monitored that well....often the water had grown cold or had run out

L'albergo non è come appare dal sito. Si trova inoltre in periferia. Avevamo prenotato una camera con due letti e quando siamo arrivati non c'era: per aggiungere il secondo letto abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di due ore per far aggiungere un letto. Le camere sono fredde e senza riscaldamento. Quelle al piano terra sono rumorose. La colazione era molto scarsa. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un disguido con il personale e si sono rivelati molto maleducati. Un'esperienza pessima sotto tutti i punti di vista.
