NAIA Miraflores

I am very satisfied with my stay in hotel NAIA Miraflores! My room was very clean, the location on hotel is great… Most of all I like the staff. Since I don’t speak Spanish, I needed a lot of help to explore Lima. Special thanks to people at the reception desk, and specifically Michelle and Gabriela! Thanks again! I will definitely recommend NAIA hotel to my friends!

The aap when I bought the stay the hotel it didn't say thethe room will be sharewith 10 or more people. That is not nice of Expedia. So I los money and time, because I have to find while I was there, for another hotel. Very bad i fo from Expedia

The room we stayed at was wonderful, all the staff were accommodating and considerate and SOO kind. Our group didn’t speak much Spanish but they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us when we needed. Breakfasts were wonderful (loved the oriental rice) and one of the security men helped us with our wheelchair without fail every time we came and left (which was a lot). Highly recommend. Also wonderful atmosphere and the kitchen space was super useful. will definitely go back on our next visit :)

For prices in the US range, I expected US standards and it fell short in a few areas: - no AC - toilet was finicky - no proper desk and chair I did appreciate the friendly staff. Laundry was also competitively priced compared to laundromats (though did come back a bit damp). Location is very convenient with 2 nearby grocery stores, 1 of which is open 24 hrs.

I booked a single occupanncy room with shared bathroom. Room was clean, had towels, bed was comfy. Food was great, staff was good. I only stayed for 2 njghts, my only complaint would be the street noise since my room was facing the main street, if i would've stayed longer i would've asked to change rooms. Overall, i would definitely stay here again

I stayed in a self contained apartment in this hostel and it was wonderful. Spacious, private and quiet, well equipped with appliances and clean. So convenient having the 24 hour reception and other hostel facilities and breakfast included. Highly recommend for solo traveller or couple, very safe as expected for Miraflores. Wonderful experience, thank you!

For the location and amenities, it’s a good price. I reserved a double occupancy private room with private bath in three separate bookings. I wasn’t asked about occupancy at any booking, but I chose a double occupancy room every time. First time: awesome. Second two stays, not so much. Second reservation, it was shakedown street at check in and shakedown street at breakfast. Third reservation: another shakedown street at breakfast. Had I not already extended the second booking at the time of checkin, I would not have booked a third time, but I’d already paid for the third booking and I refused to pay more, I demonstrated the website where the room was indicated as double occupancy for the price I paid. There are plenty of comparatively priced private rooms with queen beds and a price bathroom in Miraflores that the hassle wasn’t worth any perceived discount compared to competitors. Last minute dorm style sleeping arrangements… this might be the place, there is no question that a single bed in a shared room is single occupancy, and at $13 a night… there’s no need to look for anything cheaper. you’re unlikely to get a shakedown at breakfast in that scenario.

Stayed 3NTs in "1BR Apartment with Kitchenette". It was overall a very good experience, good space and quiet (not so much when i had neighbors). I didnt really use the Kitchenette but there was

The room was large and clean. I had a view of rooftops and garbage. The bed was comfortable. Great shower - lots of hot water. The products provided were really nice. I had a mini fridge, coffee maker, kettle. My only complaint was that there were several outlets but the plugs kept falling out of them - at one point the one for the fridge fell out and stuff in the fridge was warm and had to be tossed out. I found only a couple outlets that worked well. The kettle and cofee maker's cords were not long enough to be plugged in and I had to put them on the floor. The staff were nice but did not go into detail about what was offered at the hostel (ie tours or yoga places to eat). The breakfast provided was really good. I enjoyed my stay and rate the place a 3.5 star.

Shower is not usable! Water pressure so low it is impossible to shower. Also there is some noise from the street and the breakfast is not that great. Other than that everything else was good.

The staff was warm friendly and attentive. They are very courteous and facilitated my needs for transportation, tour information and the rooms are kept clean. Always asking if I needed anything else such as extra towels or paper goods. I really appreciated how knowledgeable Michelle and Pamela were with information and guidance of nearby businesses and amenities of the hotel.

Excellent breakfast ! Great location and helpful staff .

Everything was excellent about this hotel, but there was one big thing that bothers me. In the event of a fire there was no escape. There was no details in the room of what to do in event of fire. We stayed on floor 13 and the only means of escape was the stairs, but should a fire stop that there was no escape. No ladders from windows, and only concrete buildings outside.
