There was no internet service. There was no electricity in some rooms and the elevator did not work. Several people complained in the administration. There are only 2 people to attend to all the people staying.

This is a very modern and very central Hotel in Arequipa with great staff. It's built into a traditional Arequipa building so the rooms don't have huge windows as other reviews have commented but this is part of the character of the Hotel. Overall, excellent place to stay in central Arequipa.

It’s a wonderful hotel, new, clean, quiet and in a walking distance to many attractions. Best of all, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early (3am) for our trek, and they offered to make us breakfast. The best service!
