This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. The parking is onsite, a bit crowded Saturday night but no one blocked you in and there is overflow parking right outside the gate just a few dozen meters from your room. Very laid back service, we pulled up, they were expecting us, didn't need to sign in or show ID once I showed them the reservation on my phone. No extra charges that happen with most of the time you deal with Filipino services, we will stay here again on the next trip to Tagaytay.

There was a little boy who was the maintenance man son and me and my Fiancé enjoyed his company. Very well mannered child. Plus the owner of the property provided me a ride back to the airport in manila. Very well pleased with everyone there

After getting lost because the place is somewhere inside of ‘i-dunno’, we arrived at the place and checked in late (around 8pm, 11/11/19). But it was the very first time that we stayed for only 10mins after “checking in”. We were greeted by a lady that looks like she was about to sleep. Then, there’s no reception to assist us. So I said “checking in”. The photos are way too far from the actual place. It seems to be beautiful but it was not managed well and it lost it’s beauty. I never felt the hospitality of the place itself because the place seems to be on it’s way to tearing down. I have a lot more to say, but i’ll just rest my case. I wasn't able to take a picture because we didn't waste our time to get out and look for another hotel right away. We are on the budget but what we saw made us look right away for way better accommodation even though it means paying a little higher than this b&b. I want to say, “you can check it out yourself if you don't believe me” but I want you to spare yourself to disappointment, please. :( my husband was very displease of the place and said he feels like we were scammed. It was rated around 1,900.00 and I booked the place for around 1,545.00 (discounted) but it feels likes 500 will do if you would rate it by the facilities and the room itself. I hope the owner can start to see the real problem so that they won't totally get out of the business sooner or later.

the staff are actually helpful, it's just the the place is way too far from the pictures. it is old and rundown. the pool is so small, looks like an outdoor tub. it is really dirty. so no way you can use it. the room is a bit creepy with old things as decorations.smells really old also. the lazy boy style couch is broken, yet it still there in the room. the door is always stuck in the jamb, it is a bit difficult to open and close it. the water supply has moments of interruption, had to ask the staff to turn on the electric pump, so there will be water in the toilet. all in all, it is a waste of money. no way we will comeback to this place.

The staff were actually helpful but I asked them through Facebook Messenger, how long is the travel time form the hotel to my venue and they said that it's just 5 minutes away. But when I get there, it took me 20-30 minutes going to my venue plus the expensive transpo fee. It's just sad that they did not answer truthfully. Hotel room is a bit old. Also its different from the photos that was showed. Swimming Pool is not ready to use as well. I think management should have renovation of the place, especially its Spanish inspired.

The breakfast is well with breakfast and the ambience .. Hope to improve your place. And you can stabilize your heater because sometimes it does not work .. Overall, the place is nice and pet-friendly too

While I enjoyed the breakfast and the very accommodating staff. I think the place needs some renovations. The lounge were too rustic. Plus they're playing old classic Spanish song that makes the ambiance creepy in some way. The billiard, on the other hand, is commendable. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it.

The place and service is okay. The crew is very accomodating. The lobby is entertaining since they place italian songs and have a pool. you can also do pre-historic pictures since the lobby is surrounded by artifacts from all over the world. However, I suggest to do more maintenance since the place is old and the garden is not so well maintained. Despite the things this place lacks, it is still great to stay at specually if you want some serinity and enjoy nature while sipping a cup of coffee.

The pictures posted was taken maybe more than 10 years! I think the place is not healthy for living! Ants all over the place, molds on the furniture, walls, beds, everywhere. My nephews had rashes all over his arms. Faucets and sink not functioning, no well maintained place. We were supposed to stay for 3 days but decided to shorten it. The place needs a total renovation! Not value for money 👎

The place was great and the staff was very accommodating. However, I noticed that the place was not properly maintained. I was looking forward for a good stay as what was showed in their website photos and reviews. I ended up deciding to look for another place to stay seeing the disappointed faces of my niece, nephew and our PAs as the mini pool was not available at time. In short the paid booking was sunk cost. On a positive note, the room is still good to stay if you wanted to unwind and indulge yourself with a most deserved sleep after a stressful corporate errands. Thank you to the staff who was very accommodating. I considered it as a stellar customer service.

As expected from their pictures it was totally different and it add more disappointment to us. we have no choice but to stay because of the bad weather. We take a rest for a while and then boom! black out! no power! No generator. We decided to play billiards instead of locking ourselves in our room. I'll just give credit to Ate Ningning despite of the our bad experience of Casa she accommodated us well. They need to renovate the whole place .
