Hi, Welcome to CDTL Prime! Here are the details for your check in. Please READ CAREFULLY EVERY DETAILS for a worthwhile stay 1.) Proceed to the MAIN LOBBY of LIGHT Residences at 1PM onwards (standard check in time) PLEASE MESSAGE US IF YOU'RE ON THE WAY TO LOBBY. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT LOBBY TO AVOID ANY CHECK IN INCONVENIENCE. ALWAYS USE THE ENTRANCE AND ELEVATOR ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE LOBBY. (Guests who will check in 4PM onwards will automatically receive self check in instructions, please do message the hotel for a request of self check in instructions.) 2.) Guest Attendant of CDTL Prime will assist you for check in, please wait for them in the lobby. PRINT OUT your voucher as they will be checking it upon your arrival. If you're checking in on: Weekdays (mon-thurs) - Guest Attendants wear WHITE polo shirt with CDTL PRIME logo Weekends (fri-sun) - Guest Attendants wear BLACK polo shirt with CDTL PRIME logo 3.)Your unit reservation will be provided upon check in. BRING ID for verification in the reception. WE WILL ISSUE (1) TAPCARD PER UNIT ONLY. ALWAYS BRING A PRINTED COPY OF AUTHORIZATION LETTER FOR ALL PERSONS STAYING IN THE UNIT. AUTHORIZATION LETTER IS PROVIDED BY THE GUEST ATTENDANTS UPON YOUR ARRIVAL. You will need your Access card and printed copy of Authorization letter everytime you are about to enter the building. Do not lose it because it has a penalty fee of 500 pesos and written report in the admin office. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: * GUESTS WHO BOOKED VIA AIRBNB ARE NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE SECURITY DEPOSIT UPFRONT/UPON CHECK IN. * GUESTS WHO BOOKED VIA TRAVELOKA, AGODA, EXPEDIA AND FB PAGE are REQUIRED TO GIVE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND REMAINING BALANCE UPON CHECK IN. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4.) Upon check in, Guest Attendant will collect 1,000 security deposit that is refundable upon checkout provided there are no damages in the unit. (security deposit for self check in will be collected the day after) 5.) For checkout, message us A DAY before your checkout date if you're planning to go earlier than the standard which is 11AM so we can prepare. ***All guests who will checkout before 9AM shall send us a BDO or BPI bank account ONLY. We will transfer the refund of security deposit online once the unit was already checked by our Guest Attendants. 6.) Guest Attendants will assist you for CHECKOUT INSIDE the unit only. Please wait for them to arrive. Checking out or meeting our Guest Attendants in the lobby is NOT ALLOWED. ***NOTE: 1.) House Rules, appliances instructions, Property house rules, amenity area, swimming attire, Parking Rate, etc is provided on our Guests' Guide Book found on top of the bed. However, rates in amenities and parking might change without prior notice as these are not under Unit Owners' control. ***GUEST ATTENDANTS are only available from 9AM-4PM daily so make sure that all your requests are submitted on these times.
