I booked for 2 rooms with 4 extra beds for 2 nights but when we're there, in the resort, its not 2 rooms but it's a 1 big dorm type room good for 16 persons and we were sleeping with other guests in the same room, and the resort has no signal for service provider. We tried to contact the online agent to cancel the other one night but it's so impossible to contact with you. But still we cancelled the one night. We left the resort in the morning. Can we still claim our one-night reservation?
