The buffet breakfast is excellent. All my native foods were served. The staff from restaurant were very attentive and helpful. The area wasn’t big but very clean and tidy. While checking out, front desk had to confirm if we ate their snacks and drinks. And I forgot my foods inside the fridge but none of the housekeeping say anything.

Varied and extensive breakfast buffet, including the BEST. FRENCH. TOAST. EVER. Nice happy hour too. Very helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. Beach was …ok…at high tide. Very secure facility, but it’s a long walk to get anywhere else. But GRAB fare is very quick and reasonable.

I'd like to say overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I had some issues not being able to use the tv, but it is a smart tv which was awesome. I booked a premium deluxe poolside room. It was super spacious and had an incredible view of the beach and foliage around the hotel. The hotel was rsther noisy as there was a party one one of the days on top of music coming from other parts of the resort. But, I must really emphatically say that the entire staff is incredible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was evident that they really caee about their work. We ate in 2 of the 3 restaurants: the main one closest to the lobby and Luna. Both meals were very tasty and I think the wine was reasonably priced. We found the beach very clean, relaxing and the water quite clear. We had no problems ordering Grab taxis. At most we waited 10 minutea for a car. Finally, it should be noted that the "no outside food or drink" is strictly enforced. I understand respect the rule; however, I wasnt able to get as much drinking water as I would have liked. I found myself having to go to the restaurants and asking for a lot of water to drink. My friend was able to get her water bottle filled regularly, but I wish it had been more comvenient.

The staff were very helpful and polite. Not enough sun beds around the pools. We weren’t told about the big bookings taking over the pools and beach on the Saturday. Made it very busy and noisy. Felt overcrowded due to the number of people from 3 groups.

2 pools that were clean, peaceful, and enjoyable. It was a nice and quiet spot to enjoy the day and to hop between the sunbeds at the beach and pool was nice. Beach needs cleaning. The broken seawall had a lot of plastic garbage they could easily pick up! My parents were given a dirty room while there was a clump of hair in the bathtub drain from previous guests’ showers and a half open water bottle in the fridge in our room! Could only safely eat make-your-own congee, fruits, and salads at breakfast because of inclusion of MSG in most dishes at breakfast. We have severe allergy to MSG but otherwise their breakfast is sufficient and abundant. We had great sleeps in comfortable beds. Staff was lovely—made a big difference!

The hotel in general is well organised, clean with very helpful staff. The room was spacious and very clean. Only let down the outside view. We were facing a brick wall. Expected at least to be informed of that prior to booking or given the option to upgrade. (May be some of the bathroom towels have reached their lifespan) Check in was seamless. Arrived early but were allowed to check in. We arrived after lunch with some hungry tummies. Allowed to use the buffet but unfortunately by that time most food was almost consumed and were still charged full price for only sample of the buffet. The staff were very kind and helpful though and willing to provide for anything we needed and was available. Breakfast is well above average but pricey if choose to buy with booking the price is very affordable. Reasonably good variety on the menu for dinner. All the drinks (alcoholic & non alcoholic) are way too expensive. (San Miguel apple P250 per bottle, Pinapple juice P260 per glass). The grounds are well maintained. The swimming pools are clean but are small compared to the hotel size. Beautiful settings by the beach. Unfortunately the beach can only be used for swimming at high tide. At low tide is totally empty and quite dirty with sea weeds.

Negatives: Firstly, the building looks too old. There is no elevator. The room was clean, however there is no seperate shower. No balcony plus the look from the windows is pathetic. We were a family of 3 but all the amenities like towels etc we received are only for 2 guests. They didn’t even bother to provide tooth brush and paste for any of the guests. The pool water was a bit dirty. The changing room near the pool had showers but no soap was provided so you have to change from swim wear and again go to the room to take shower. The food was expensive. We ordered Thai rice curry but it hardly had any curry in it! Positives: The staff were friendly. The pools and beach vibe was good. The drinks were good. We booked the rooms including breakfast but didn’t have enough time as we had to catch early flight. They kindly packed us sandwiches, fruits and drinks.

What a beautiful hotel with the Spanish decor. The pools were lovely as was the beach. Food was amazing in Brisas Restaurant. They have almost finished renovating the main dining area and it’s going to be beautiful. The staff were all so friendly. We were there for 3 nights during the Middle East war so it was very quiet and we had the beach and amenities to ourselves. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was disappointing and the buildings seems to be in disrepair. Elevator seemed like a service Elevator and was dirty and banged up. When to door opened i thought i had gone to somewhere other than my room. I went back to the ground thinking i had made a mistake. Numerous loud guests and late night door knocking. Beach was poor and not really swimable. I didn't think it was value for the money
