The hotel and room does not look like anything in the photos listed. The room is dirty and dusty, there are ants in the room, rubbish under the bed, water is choke in the basin, fridge is not working, welcome drink is OVERLY sweet. The water doesn't look clean either. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless you need to catch an early flight next day.. Not much eatery around the compound. And it's weird that the gift shop and restaurant next to it are Korean shops. Also, Do expect black out in this area. Thank goodness there's 7-eleven!

The pictures posted on the website are totally different from the hotel except for the hotel lobby that is true. The restaurant also look different. no table cloth and glass top as shown on the pictures. The room has ants and the bathroom is dark and has a mouldy smell. It is not so modern as shown in the picture. The sink was choked and so is the floor. I have to soak my feet in dirty water just to use the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was no other room that I can change. Outside the room was the car park and a local restaurant so you can hear car engine and people talking loudly whole day long. They do not have any rooftop terrace and business center which they mentioned in the website. For a moment, I thought I checked into the wrong hotel.

Booked this room to be close to the airport however it would have been quieter if I would have slept at the approach path of the runway. There was construction right next door that involved noise all day long. This was compounded by the fact that there was a window to that same room. The main 'outside' window's curtain did not fully cover the window and the workers on scaffolding could see right in the room. A good hotel would have blocked this room (and a few other adjoining) while this work was ongoing....apparently this hotel thought it was better to collect the money. Next time I'll stay downtown at better properties and just take a taxi/shuttle to the airport.

This is a hard one to review. The service was good. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was good and the transfer we arranged was quick with no hassles. Unfortunately the room was not very good. The room we had overlooked the Korean restaurant with curtains over the windows that did little to block the light. There was no hot water and little pressure. There was cable tv but it went in and out. The free wifi did not work. The bed however was big and quite comfortable. It was also noisy which was expected being so close to the airport and above a restaurant. Although this wasn't a great hotel I believe it would probably be your best option if staying in Kalibo.

Worst stay ever. Upon entering the Hotel there was no person who assisted us in our luggages. The receptionist was grumpy and can not be talked to properly. They want us to use the queen size bed but what we need is a room which has a twin size bed. They gave us an alternative but you need to pay the upgrade. When you are already paying the upgrade they want me to pay on cash instead of a credit card. The room is so small, the cabinet is made of cheap wood. The ref is not working. one of my companion got diarrhea from the welcome drinks and offcourse they dont have medicine for it. The water flow is so weak you can not take a shower properly. The room has so much mosquitoes. The aircon takes two to three to cool down the room. THIS IS THE WORST THAT MADE ME TO DECIDE TO LEAVE THE PLACE. Do you believe that their restaurant would only serve Koreans, this is nuts my companion was discriminated in the Philippines, by a restaurant in the Philippines
