There's a bad leakage from the window and walls. We were sleeping and realized we were soaking wet because of flowing water from the wall because of the rain. The bed and pillows were wet. I want a refund for this

The beds and room space is okay; but the bathroom floors are not properly sloped to drain all the waters in the floors and it resulted to flooding of the bedroom. Also, no toilet bidet was available so you need to personally request for a pail and pitcher and bathroom rags too. I have stayed for two nights in two different rooms -- for two and for three persons; in which I have experienced same issues.

The hotel is situated in Lacson St which is close to some of their must-try resto like Felicia’s and Calea’s, even Bob’s Coffee too. I’d like to commend their staff too because they were very helpful and welcoming. Whenever we would ask for directions, they’d instructed us with smiles on their faces. However, the room was way different in the pictures shown on their website and the room was not that clean and the toilet stinks a little. But overall, we love our stay here in Bacolod. :)

The hotel room was dirty, linens have strands of hair (looks like pubic). We asked them to change linens but they didn't. Our room smells like the kitchen all through the night. Bathroom is dirty. Photos are different from the actual room. I even saw a bug creeping on the floor. Outside our window are the used mugs, garbages from the restaurant in the hotel. Noisy and smelly.

What I like most about this hotel is its location. It is near the main street where you could ride a jeepney or taxi right away. Also, the CR/bathroom of the room that we had is very spacious. But my mom's comment was that they could have prioritized the room space instead of the bathroom space because the room was kinda tight for 4 guests. Half of the size of the comfort room was actually enough. And lastly, their staff are friendly and accommodating. :) What I don't like about the hotel are the ff: First, walls are too thin. We can hear the noises of the people from the other room; and Second, there are black stains on the wall and on the floor. There are also cracks on the tiles. It makes the room look unclean and dirty. We actually got lost going there because their sign was at the 27th st. instead of 26th st. So you should take the street between abs-cbn and Tom and Tom's.(We found out there was a crematorium at the back of the property. I don't know if other people would mind so just a heads up.)
