The accommodation/experience was good. The only downside was. we expected to have the room we had booked here, but the front desk told us they were out of order. So then, the room was upgraded to a family room.

Clean rooms! The shower was just a mess and the water was weak. The door knob of our first room was also broken that's why they decided to just transfer it to their other room, which is a very good sign that they were concerned about our security and privacy during our stay. But at the price we paid, he was super worth it!

The hotel is good. But some of the staffs are bad-worst-worst: 1. I bought lots of pasalubongs from the mall so it's hard for me to open the door. The guard just looks at me and did not open the door for me. 2. I asked the front desk staffs about the free breakfast, she explained it to me in illongo. I said I can't totally understand what she said then she said to other staff "you explain it in Tagalog because I'm tired of translating it in Tagalog!! Very unprofessional... 3. In the morning. I went to cafe Iloilo for my complimentary breakfast. It is already 30mins and the food is not yet served so I asked humbly the front desk staff who came in the cafe about my food maybe they forgot my food and I was joking that they might serve my food during lunch time Sa Sobrang Tagal. She was nice naman in explaining to me. But the woman staff in casa Iloilo with long hair heard it.. Aba nagdadabog ba Naman at Yung mga plates pabagsak niya kung ilatag sa table.
