First of all, I am from Indonesia and really grateful for the service in Rublin Hotel. Big thank you for the staff, it's awesome, the friendliest, and hotel service above and beyond. The room is clean, hot water, and Wi-Fi work very well. The best choice in Cebu City and close to everywhere. My wife and I will be back again and will share with our relatives as well. It’s always nice when a hotel takes you by surprise in a good way. I wasn’t expecting much out of Allure hotel but it deserves more stars than it gets. It was clean, bed and pillows were great, air conditioning worked, and the shower pressure in the bathroom was fantastic. Everyone was kind and courteous. Eat at the Shabu Shabu Place next door! Will definitely stay again.
