Hotels near SDA Language Center

Very accommodating staff. There was just a problem with our jacuzzi. I think the heater was not working.

Definitely not the destination you would like to be in :( Upon checking-in late past 8pm, I thought there was no person at the dark-lit hotel lobby. The front desk lady was sitting behind the counter and I couldn't see her. She asked where did I book and I answered, "Traveloka". She asked for additional charge per person for my pre-teen twins. I asked her if they will provide extra bed? I told her she can charge us provided, she will set-up extra beds for them. When we went up the room, we were greeted by a musty-smell. The room was crampy and I wondered where will she put the extra beds? The shower curtain of the bathroom was full of molds; they didn't even bother to change it or clean it. I wonder why this hotel got a 3 star rating?.

Very good service, attentive and helpful staff. They transferred my guest to other room while waiting for his flight at no extra charge (almost halfday).

Nice owner, enjoy room even small but nice.
