The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our room is nice and clean with the river view. Wifi is only available in the lobby. Sitting in the lobby porch, reading, is so relaxing.

This hotel has a good location but their service was not good. We stayed there and CAPELCO had a black-out. To my surprise, they didn't have any spare generator set to cater the needs of their guests at times like black-out. We suffered the heat considering that we stayed in an air-conditioned room. Plus, their aircon is not cooling (broken) so we opted to request for a spare electric fan that they also provided (however e-fan is also broken).

Rooms exactly as described. Good value, with en suite toilet, although a shower wasn't provided (you had to scoop water from a pail instead). Had facilities to make your own beverage, if you don't want to order from their restaurant. Lots of space to dry your laundry too in the lawn. Location was a little seedy, though, slightly off centre, along a dark and unlit road by the river.

We arrived at 8:00pm. Only to find out that the room we requested is not yet ready. No television. We were "temporarily" assigned to a bunker room and had to transfer to the next one. The next room only had 1 towel and 1 soap. Door lock to the restroom was faulty and water is low. Plus, the frontdesk, although very assisting, requires hygiene.
