RedDoorz Plus @ San Roque Roxas City

Room was larger than expected. Beds were comfortable. Shower and aircon worked well. Staff friendly and efficient at check in and check out. Unfortunately, the entrance was hidden from the main street - you go through what appears to be an alleyway - the main entrance being at the end of this alleyway. Overall, very good for a one night stay.

One of the greatest asset of this hotel is its staffs. Shout out to Dianne (frontdesk staff) who helped me rebooked our stay when I mistakenly booked it with wrong dates in app. The staffs are very much helpful and always smiling. The location is perfect, it's in the heart of the city, very accesible to any stablishments and transportation. Our room is spacious, beds are big. Foods are superb esp the bangus sisig. We booked 2 nights without free breakfast, however the hotel gave us free breakfast. 😁 hotel price is cheap compared to others. The roofdeck / resto bar has a very nice view.

great location! the hotel was located near the market and a small mall with fast food chains and other food options. there's also a drugstore across. the room was big and super spacious. it has lots of electric sockets as well, so my friends and I didn't have a hard time in charging our gadgets. the shower was pretty spacious as well, and the toilet had a handheld bidet. they have water heater. the room looked well maintained. the ac works perfectly. although I hope they could add duvets cos it gets really cold at night. nevertheless, staff were polite and kind to assist us. great service, would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious than expected. It was supposed to be good for 2 pax with two single beds but a single bed is already good for 2 persons. It is clean and the food was great too.

I enjoyed the room because it is very nice. Unfortunately there are a lot of things that Makes the stay unpleasant. Let me enumerate problems that I see. 1. No phone inside the room 2. Ordering from the restaurant is a struggle 3. Restaurant service takes really long because there is only 1 service crew and 1 cook. 4. CR is clogged 5. There is no hot shower 6. There are plenty of ants and I dont know where it is coming from.

It was good. Not that great but not bad, either. The room was quite big. TV and ac were working fine. Staff were very nice and friendly, too. My favorite part was that they allowed us an early check in and late check out. The late check out was charged at 100 pesos per hour which is actually affordable. There's no hot or cold water function on the faucet but the shower water was particularly warm. Make sure you bring your own toiletries as none were offered. Also, one of the best things is that the hotel is at the center of the city.

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm a frequent traveler to Roxas City with business to attend. I am so disappointed with the service of Mercedes Hotel in Roxas City which I booked through your site last Dec 16. I was not advised that the booking I made doesn’t have a hot and cold water in the room by the front desk officer. I only found out when we are about to take our shower. Of course I didn't mind first to check when we got inside the room since the hotel is new, just only about a year in operation. We have to finish first inside the room our Christmas packing for our Christmas party the next morning. As I made my complaint to the front desk officer, she told me that she was advised by her manager that this is the room assigned to us - (no hot and cold shower) and room is flooded with rain water through the windows! That was the night that Typhoon Urduja is in signal # 2 here in Roxas City! What a mess service with this hotel! There is only one front desk officer; she is also the one cleaning the flooded rain water in the room, and assisting and sending us to the room. Hope you can give feedback to the management of Mercedes Hotel. Thank you.

Mercedes Hotel is highly recommended. The place is well situated at the heart of Roxas City, near the market place, mall and church. The hotel also has an elevator, good WiFi signal and it was very clean. The staff there was very helpful and nice.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and large. This is a new hotel and it's very modern. The hotel has a nice restaurant with affordable prices.
